I had been using parchment paper and messing up my sourdough bread loaves. This sling made it world's easier to help keep a fancy score and to easily get the bread in and out of my hot Dutch oven. The cleaned nicely in the dishwasher as well. Only regret I have is that I didn't buy these sooner

These are so great for baking bread. Rather than trying to flip the dough into a hot Dutch oven, lowering it down on this is so much easier and safer. Easy to pull out and clean too!

Hello shoppers I recently ordered the silicone bread sling for Dutch oven sourdough baking. The mats came very quickly. However, I saved my review until I actually used the product. I am new to sourdough baking, and not sure which equipment is necessary. But after. A second-degree burn experience, touching a hot Dutch oven. I quickly assess that particular tool is essential. It is the perfect size for the bottom of my Dutch oven. The edges lie flat. The handles are quite wide and long enough, which makes lifting the bread to the Dutch oven very stable. It was always a strenuous work to use parchment paper, which always crumbled from the heat required for baking. I fully expect a long use from this product without any problems. It is certainly worth five stars.
