I'm an older female who wants to up her exercise game, especially with resistance workouts. Although I've only just begun using these bands, I already appreciate their generous length, which makes a lot of movements easier than with the typical shorter bands on the market. The included handles are great for anyone with issues gripping the bands or for greater comfort in general. I find it convenient to keep the bands in my living room, to do exercises in small doses throughout the day. I'm already feeling the effects of increased movement and appreciate the value of this basic equipment that takes up no floor or storage space. While the yellow and green bands don't offer the extreme resistance that other colored bands do, they are more than adequate for my 60+ year old body. The only improvement I would make is to include instructions for recommended exercises, as there are none provided. Great product designed for my needs! ... show more

Only way I see to attach the handles is to tie then on. If so, it seems to me that a knot working loose could cause injury. Am I missing something?
