My Ridgid inflator (great inflator by the way) has a plastic air chuck. The plastic air chuck works good and locks on tight, but it is kind of finicky to use. By adding this brass air chuck, my inflator is now perfect. No leaks, locks on tight and is super easy to use, even one-handed. I ordered the two pack so I can put one on my Milwaukee M18 inflator (even better then the Ridgid, but 5 times the price). This brass air chuck works just as good on the Milwaukee inflator. My only complaint is the air chuck is threaded into the a "tire valve" threaded stem. Those two pieces were not tight. I had to tighten them up. Not a big deal, just thought I would mention it.

Bought two types of Schrader Valve compression adapters. This straight type and a "right-angle" type. My portable inflator had a female Schrader coupling only. This was a bit of a nuisance, since unscrewing the coupling after inflation, I lost a few pounds of air. This was annoying for bicycle tires since there's low volume/high pressure. Any loss of volume reduced the pressure more than I wanted. These compression adapters solve that issue. They're easier and faster to attach/detach, and there's little to no pressure loss during removal. They are well designed and fabricated out of good quality materials. The two types I got came in TWO packs, so they should last a long time.

Bought these to replace the air chuck on my Ryobi battery powered tire pump. These give you a nice solid connection and seal well. You can even screw them on to the valve stem a bit to tighten things up if you need to. No more fumbling around with the cheap plastic and rubber air chucks that come on most pumps.

Hold lever, push securely and release. Latches on so you don't have to hold while adding air. Practice makes perfect. Took me a couple of tries to get it right. Replaced the weak plastic screw-on connector that wasn't working well with portable compressor. Cut the old one off, attached this and now it works much better, less leakage, tires air up faster.

But longevity is not too be expected by the way it feels. Fits okay into tires but needs finagaling to keep air seal during pump. It an alright replacement for the price. Would not buy again but works.
