Very good quality product and sticks very well even when applying to a wet roof. I do wish they made the peel a little easier. I had to score it with a knife then peel. I bought this for a 40ft roof. I would recommend buying a bit extra if doing a R Panel roof. The grooves pull some of the length out. I was shy about 4ft or so.

Great seal for metal roof cap. Easy to install on clean metal. Keeps rain , bugs, birds ect from getting under the roof cap. Adhesive sticks well allowing easy installation. Forms well to roof ridges for a tight seal.
