Just opened the box and they were packed beautifully. Vacuumed sealed. I literally unpacked and barely breathed and they became fluffy. Husband in bed and handed him one and he curled up like a baby. Will update review after a nights sleep. Overall a beautiful pillow thus far.

They are soft and retain their shape very well. I did have to buy a pillow cover, those terry cloth material ones that are waterproof. Mainly because I could feel the feathers poking through the fabric. That seemed to have solved that problem. My Belgian Malinois is a big fan of them. Came vacuum sealed but within an hour was perfectly comfy. Fluffed out great. It came with a card that explained odors…. I personally do not think its that strong and i am sensitive to smells. Just needs to be aired outside in the fresh, sunny air and it will be great
