This heavy-duty mixing paddle is made from commercial-grade stainless steel and is designed to withstand daily use in restaurants, cafeterias and other commercial kitchens. The reinforced handle won’t bend or break when stirring even the largest and thickest vats. The specially engineered countered blade gently scrapes the inside of the pot for even mixing.

Well made and sturdy, I was surprised but glad that the items arrived in one peice because the box was destroyed and wide open when I got it.
