Bright little lights. One is plenty for close varmint hunting, but two is awesome. I plan on mounting both to my rifle with a custom mount I'm making out of rigid foam and Velcro. Great value and fast delivery. !00% A+ !

These red light flashlights do exactly what they are supposed to do. The light output is solid, and the red LED is great for preserving night vision, whether you are using them for astronomy, night observation, or other low-light tasks. They are straightforward to use with a single lighting mode, which I actually appreciate since there is no need to cycle through multiple settings. The zoom function is also a nice touch and gives a bit of flexibility depending on how focused or wide you want the beam. Very portable and a good value. The only drawback for me is the battery setup, which feels a bit unusual and not as convenient as it could be. It is not a dealbreaker, but it is something to be aware of and may take a little getting used to.

So I do like these little lights and own at least 10 different variations of this exact light with various LEDs in them. These lights are light weight, work well, are very bright and have a nice clip that can be used to clip these to your pants, shirt, or various places. The reason I have so many of these is because they are so good for cheap little flashlights...that's probably also why they still make this exact flashlight for almost 20 years now and they have always been under 10 dollars. So, if I like them so much, why do I give them 4 stars? Because at the end of it all...these are what they are, a cheap low-cost flashlight...their light output is cheap, the zoom feature is cheap, the brightness is cheap, the battery life is cheap and their overall quality is cheap. 15 years ago, you could not beat this light without spending $50...but now, LED's have come down so much in price that you can get a really nice EDC flashlight with BOTH red and white lights for only a little bit more than the cost of these...and in the end, I think that is a better purchase because sometimes you may want a white light instead of a red...and with these you would have to switch flashlights...with a dual color EDC flashlight you could just switch modes...
