These mounts are good, but they had a slight problem with adjusting. These mounts are aluminum castings and the center swivel support hub does not rotate very well once the tightening collar was tightened. I had to hand work the swivel hub with a dremel tool so the center swivel hub could be rotated to adjust the angle of position of the ball mounted post. ... show more

Too bad I did not check both mounts before installing. The first one works perfect however the second one does not swivel 360 degree, it looks like it was dipped in paint and the paint keeps it from turning. For an old woman of 71 years old, my knees knocked so hard when I climbed the ladder to install them and now I have to do it again to take them down so I can return them to get my money back. I tried looking for customer support so they can send me a replacement but I could not find their information. So it is a buyers beware. ... show more
