I had surgery on both knees for torn cartilage a number of years ago and my knees were generally fine, but I have started taking long daily walks (10-12 miles each day) and my knees would get pretty sore in the last 4-5 miles of those walks. I received these knee sleaves last week and have worn them on all of my walks since and the difference is amazing. They stabilize the knees and that seems to greatly reduce the soreness.
