I was skeptical, super skeptical. Pillows are so expensive and I figured these were so cheap that there was no way they would be actual quality pillows. I am happy to say I was wrong. They arrived totally flat, I will never understand the marvels that made these huge overstuffed pillows completely flat in the box. I had read things online about shredded memory foam pillows being made with used memory foam. I opened both of the pillows up and dumped all of the stuffing out and every single piece is brand new and clean with no smell. The pillows are VERY overstuffed, I actually wound up taking about half the stuffing out to make them perfect for me. There is a process to getting the pillows ready. I unpacked them and just let them lay flat on my bed for a couple of hours undisturbed. That’s when I then opened them up and dumped all of the stuffing out. As I was putting the stuffing back in I just usedmy hands to separate and fluff it up. Then I let them sit for another two hours before putting them, one at a time, into the dryer for 30 minutes on the cold air setting. That was it, they were completely fluffed and ready to use after that. I have had poor sleep habits for years, often waking every single hour all night long. Since I got these pillows a couple of weeks ago I have slept through the night almost every night. To say a set of pillows changed my life sounds ridiculous, and I know it, but a full night of quality sleep is life-changing. I have already sent the link to everyone I know to encourage them to buy these, they are fabulous. I am beginning to go through menopause and suffer from hot flashes and night sweats. The cool memory foam actually does stay cool. Every time you put your head on it it’s cool and it stays cool under your head. I recommend that you put a 100% bamboo or 100% silk pillowcase on, which will also help regulate temperature, if you also struggle with getting overheated when you sleep. Finally, an adjustable pillow. My husband and I both took out some of the shredded memory foam to give us each the perfect pillow! Softness at it's best. It comes in a zipper case, covered by a zippered pillow protector. Easy. The bamboo outer covering does make a difference. I was skeptical at first. Going from a cotton cover to bamboo was worth it. No more head sweats, or stiff necks for us!! I also thought it would be super heavy, but with the memory foam being shredded, it's not one big brick! Yes, I've tried the one piece memory foam pillows. Hated them. There's air flow now. Sweet. Plus, there's no investment worries with the money back guarantee. Its easy to adjust for proper comfort and support. If your on the fence about a pillow, try it!! I've been through a good ten pillows from local stores, and then decided to try Amazon. I've got fibromyalgia and arthritis in my beck, plus several bulging discs. My husband has really bad back issues. It's helped him from tossing and turning. I've been looking for a pillow that won't go flat. This one seems to keep it's shape so far in the two weeks I've had it. It is so thick and heavy, I expect it to last quite some time. Now, while I find all of this is be a positive, my wife of the other hand did not like it. It was too big and not squishy enough for her. I found that it is moldable so I can shape it to be thinner where I want and thicker in other places. So over all I'm very happy with it, I think it will last a long time. I wasn't sure about these as I'm a stomach sleeper. I typically like solid and very flat pillows. I'm trying to transition to side sleeping. I did keep some stuffing in a bag incase someday I want to add more. But the stuff is firm enough I can sleep on my stomach or side. then if it seems too flat I just fluff my pillow out and it's good to go again! ... show more

I was so sick and tired of buying new pillows every couple of years, even the more expensive “never flat” ones still would pancake flat and become uncomfortable, and my husband won’t do feather pillows. So, I took a chance on these, and waited a whole year to give my review— and I AM AMAZED! They are just as fluffy and FAT and cushy like the day I bought them, so I am confident they will last many more years, they will definitely pay for themselves! They did come super flat & rolled up, but puffed up in seconds (see photos). Minor chemical smell the first couple of nights (I am sensitive) but just use them for a week and it goes away. They are filled to the MAX when you get them. The first night I actually got up in the middle of the night to pull out a bunch of fill, just so my neck would be at a comfortable angle. The extra amount of fill I was able to pull out is in the last photo— I just stored it away in the original case, thinking I might need it after sleeping on them for a year, only I never did! So today, I was able to use it to fill two OTHER crappy pillows my kids had —BONUS!! (If you are frugal and crafty like me). I also like how they have quilted covers that I can easily unzip and wash, the only downside to the covers is that the printing on them can be seen through pale pillow cases. It’s not a big deal to me— but NOT having to buy another set of pillows IS a big deal to me, and they are just REALLY COMFORTABLE pillows too!! I’m a huge fan. ... show more
