First of all GREAT deal for the price - the design is very simple and getting 2 of them for $8 is pretty amazing. Arrived in about 3 days to help my very achy elbow. I am right-handed, use a computer mouse and keyboard 10-12 hours a day, crochet, knit, embroider, and pretty much anything to keep my hands busy. Unfortunately, as I age these activities develop tennis elbow which cause me a lot of pain, making it difficult to do the things I'd like to do or even sleep peacefully at night. About 6 months ago I went to a pain specialist who gave me a cortisone injection in my elbow and it eliminated my pain for months. I guess the shot wore off because it started hurting again a few weeks ago. Getting in to see my doctor takes forever and I remembered he had suggested one of these bands so i thought I'd give it a try while I wait for my next injection. IT WORKS. As long as I'm wearing it i can use my arm comfortably and with very little pain. I don't really understand how it works, but I'm just glad it does. I took a star only because constant use appears to cause bruising. I do wear it as instructed, and can fit a finger underneath the band, but I'm wearing it almost constantly so there is some residual bruising as a result. I think that if the part of the band on your inner arm was wider it wouldn't cause the bruising as much. If you have tennis elbow or pain in your outer elbow due to overuse I would definitely try this band.

Tried this cause I just keep hurting my elbow when playing pickleball. This definitely helps. It isn't a cure but it greatly reduced the pain that I had while playing which was the goal. That said, my forearms aren't very big - these fit at their tightest setting but barely. Measure you arm carefully before purchasing.

I tried this and a sleeve version for tendon discomfort. This type seemed to work better for me. Bonus was it was cooler in the southeastern heat to wear, and not as restrictive as the sleeve versions.

Saw all the great reviews and tried it. They’re very well made, soft, and comfortable. However, while it did apply some pressure, I did not experience any real lasting benefit on my tennis elbow. Maybe I’m using it wrong or misunderstanding its purpose. But it gets a 3 star for me as I didn’t feel it did much at all

got these as i have tennis elbow. use them for tennis and helps relieve pain when hitting one handed backhands. good support and is adjustable. only need 1 but came in a pair so nice as when one is in the wash, the other can be used.
