I get back spasm and crazy backaches having them in my most comfortable shoes ! It’s definitely this not the shoes ! I just give 3 stars since it does what it tell you , give you an inch or two, but def not healthy for your back and spine based on my experience!

These fit in my shoes and worked at adding more than an inch to my height. However, they are not very comfortable to stand on for long. My heels were definitely aching while wearing them, and so were my calf muscles.
