Works great. Firms up mattress, and gives extra height to overall bed. This rating is really 4 1/2 because assembly was pretty arduous. Two of us for one hour plus. Went quicker once we got the system down. Worth the price and enjoyable addition.

This product is not as advertised. What was delivered was a 1.5in bunkie board that was basically cut in half. The center and most important support rails are actually two pieces. Without some kind of support from underneath, the frame has large amounts of sag in it. This defeated the purpose of me even ordering this product. I had to buy separate support legs to put under the center of the frame to make it work which is not what I wanted to do in the first place. I chose this product over the other ones that were half the price because I figured it would be higher quality and sturdier based on the photos.

Great for those who want to get rid of your traditional 6-8in box spring. Easy to build took me 15 minutes. Only suggestion is if your bed frame doesn’t have a middle support I would add some planks to support it.

First one arrived and appeared to be a returned item. The straps were all cut and one piece was missing. Called amazon customer service and they ordered a replacement. It arrived about a week later. We just assembled it today and put on the bed. It was easy to put together and seams like it will do what we need.
