It works perfectly for my bangs! It takes a couple seconds to heat up and then a minute or two to get my bangs curled just right. This thing is definitely cheaply made, it has no settings just ON/OFF, and the cord isn’t super long so you’ll wanna be near a plug! I would be careful leaving it plugged in since it feels so low quality but I bought it to keep at work in case I need a touch up and it is perfect for that!! ... show more

It is adorably small, about the length of my hand. I have medium coarseness hair, wavy texture. The straightener does smell a little plasticky when it’s on. There are no heat settings, only on/off. I have to use very small sections, otherwise it doesn’t do anything. I wish it got hotter, and the heat doesn’t seem to keep up during use. It doesn’t truly straighten my hair, but makes it less wavy, and adds some smoothness. If it worked any more poorly, it would be trash. I would only recommend this if you have fine, short hair.
