Horrible quality. For one it’s extremely difficult to clean it thoroughly. It busted several pods and it seemed to almost “explode” once closed; the mess was horrible every time we used it. They were the correct pods. We even measured them lol. MAYBE a month of use. As it was just a pain in the butt. I spent more on coffee and drinks out(which I had been great at avoiding with our prior machine) probably more so than the machine itself cost!! I can’t get ahold of the seller. No warranty which if it had a paper for it, that’s on me. I didn’t see it. I have all the paperwork for it in my drawer where it keep that kind of stuff. It now won’t close properly so the steam cannot stay inside. It produces very light brown water. It barley tastes like coffee.. I went ahead and got myself an early x-mas present and just invested in the Ninja Duel Brew. Worth the money so far. I’d love a refund, or such but can’t get ahold of them.

This little coffee maker is just the right size and very easy to use. There is another comment on here that states you cannot put a cup of ice under it to make cold coffee and you absolutly can! The bottom IS NOT a hot plate it is just a metal plate so it does not get hot at all! I would have given 5 stars however to make the biggest cup of coffee it took 4 pushes, which I did not know UNTIL I went to get my coffee and it was only an inch or 2 in the cup and then when I pushed it again I forgot and when I went to get the coffee again I had to push it again and once again! So all together if you are making the bigger size don't forget to keep pushing of it will take you a very long time to get your coffee. I purchased the Cookie company pods and they are great in this machine! Also to keep pressure off of the lid of the pot ,when I put the K cups in I push it down to make the hole in the bottom and then close it. I feel if you don't it may crack over time. My coffee was on point though!

This coffee maker is GREAT and replaces a Keruig that kept rejecting pods...even Keruig pods! I love the fact that I can use my own freshly ground coffee or pods. On the plus side, I can make up to a 14 oz. cup instead of small ones. It's short enough to easily fit under my kitchen cabinets. Just don't use the capsule button to brew ground coffee. Just remember C comes before G, the capsule button is the top one and the ground coffee is on the bottom. There is a pressure difference and you will end up with grounds all over if you use the capsule setting. Just a great simple brewer. Thanks!

It's not made that well but it mine still works you can't adjust the coffee size of cup you just have to guess on how much water you pour in it that's the only thing I don't like but I'll know it's still working

read the reviews, but bought it anyway just to see... it's true after less than a year of purchase..the steam coming off the machine is a bit scary...sometimes the coffee will spill over.. I like that it brews different ways, but the machine itself is not great!
