This is a great treadmill/walking pad for small spaces and for bigger girls. What I like about this is the ease of use. and the fact that it goes up to 6mph, has a safety bar that is optional, and it fits right under my bed! I needed something that would withstand my weight and be able to fit under my bed or in a closet due to my small space. The treadmill is pretty quiet when on a lower speed which is great for when you need to use it under your desk while you work and make phone calls. The directions were pretty clear as well. The only thing I had trouble with was calibrating the belt. It took me awhile to make it stay in the middle while I was walking. It probably took me a good 20 minutes to do this however I'll take that! I do want to mention that it is a little heavy and it is longer than your normal walking pad. This made maneuverability a little challenging in a small space. but overall the quality was great AND they give you an extra battery for the remote!

We purchased one of these foldable walking pads to use mid-day to get in an extra workout while WFH. The Out of the box, it was very quick and easy to set up. Initially we noticed issues within the first few days. My wife and I would use the machine for about 35mins each, but noticed after each use, the motor of the machine felt very hot! It was almost too hot to touch. There were also times where there was a strong smell coming from the motor. I reached out to Superun and 1.) their customer service responded very quickly 2.) they were endlessly helpful and worked until a solution was met. Customer service worked with us troubleshooting and having us try a variety of things that may resolve it. Eventually, another issue came up where there was a clicking noise from the machine every few minutes. Ultimately, after no options seemed to resolve our issues, Superun offered to exchange our machine for a new one. By this time, we had discarded the box, but they were nice enough to send the new machine and we were able to send back the original machine in the box of the replacement. The new machine instantly ran much different and better! Somehow we ended up with a faulty machine. The new one has zero issues at all and does not heat up as much. The machine is easy to setup and break down to hide away when not needed. All the tools are included to lubricate the walking pad, adjust the walking mat, etc. The remote is cool, but we use it with the bars up, so don't normally need it. It suits our needs exactly! This is at such a great price point, some people may be wary of performance, but the customer service at this company went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. At the end of it, things worked out ideally.

I LOVE this treadmill! It's noisier than I expected, but still fairly quiet. I can use it while working from home no problem. It was super easy to set up and has been working great so far. I use it every day. The best part is I can slide it under my couch when I'm done! Definitely great for small spaces as long as you have something to put it under.

Everything I wanted is in this treadmill. It's quite, easy to put together, easy to move, etc. The only issue is the readout background needs to lit or the numbers need to be lit for easy reading.

The media could not be loaded. Yes a walking pad is an investment, but it’s soo worth it! I am a person who needs to get her steps in and I love this walking pad for just that, getting my steps in but also in the comfort of my own home. The assembly is simple and I love that you have the option of the handlebars. I don’t use this while working from home, only for working out, so I use the handlebars 99% of the time. It’s easy to move, easy to adjust the handlebars up and down, and the touch buttons are good quality. The PitPat app isn’t great so I wouldn’t bother with that, but the walking pad itself is a good length (I’m 5’9), great quality and has multiple speeds. I noticed some reviewers mentioned being shocked, I experienced shocking when touching the handlebars the first 2-3x I used this but it went away. This walking pad is comfortable and I use it 3x or more a week at home if I can’t make it to the gym. Great purchase!!!

I've hit 2024 running, literally. My schedule had gotten so busy, even working from home, that going to the gym became a chore I really didn't want to do. I researched plenty of under desk treadmills and this one checked all the boxes for me. Portable, able to withstand a good amount of body weight, had foldable rails so you have something to help with balancing yourself when you need to (I never know what to do with my arms or hands when i'm walking fast so I like to hold on to something) good quality and great speed (this baby can go go go) and easy to store. I just fold it up and lean it against the wall. I t comes fully assembled as well so all you really have to do is get it out of the box. FYI it's not the lightest thing in the world but that's ok and gives me the impression it's well made and sturdy. So far i've had it for almost 2 months and haven't had any issues with it at all. The only thing I wish is that the cord was a bit longer. I have to use an extension cord so I can have the treadmill in the center of the room and the room isn't that big at all. I watch virtual jogging videos on my tv while i'm jogging so I can run almost anywhere in the world. Imagine jogging through Barcelona on New Years Day while not leaving your home gym or living room. It was pretty awesome!
