The lumbar support is firm but not uncomfortable. And the Shiatsu deep tissue massage feature is great! The kneading nodes hot all the right spots and melts away the tightness. The heat is also soothing and helps with the muscle tightness. Set up is easy, just plug it in put in the position you want. The controls are intuitive, and it doesn’t make a lot of noise, which is great if you want to use it while watching TV or working. Overall, this massager/pillow combo is perfect for anyone dealing with lower back stiffness or just wanting a little self-care at home.

It works well, made my back and hand feel better. My feet are asking me to use it on them haha It comes with the option to use ac power or connect to your car’s lighter socket. As far as value and quality, it’s a basic massager. The heat isn’t anything I would call heat, though it does heat up more with the friction and body heat. If I had gotten it for the heat function I would be very disappointed. There are a few things that for the $49.99 price at the time I ordered it, would improve the value: Some kind of strap to use with your car seat, a built in pocket for the remote, a bag to take with you and keep clean. I am still thrilled about it but for anyone dishing out $50 I would imagine they would want those 3 things I mentioned.

It is very lightweight. The heat is even. It is easy to position in multiple places. There is very little padding. It feels too hard. I only enjoy the basic massage setting, the others are uncomfortable. The cord from the pier to the remote comes unplugged easily. Not worth this price

This is super easy to move around the house- I’ve used it in my recliner after a workout and at my home office desk chair during meetings. It’s almost completely quiet so I can use it without bothering my family. The attached remote is easy to adjust the settings for different feeling experiences. I love how the low pressure feels really relaxing and doesn’t cause distractions when I’m on zoom. The stronger settings feel great after the gym. The heat isn’t too hot which is good for my comfort level. It shuts off automatically which is great if I take a nap.

A very nice portable massager that reverse to become a lumbar support pad. I would mostly think of this as a back massager, but did try it on my shoulder, thigh and stomach. It worked very well on all three spots. It came well packaged with a reasonably long cord and a 12-volt adapter. I tried it in my car and found it (personally) too thick to use while driving but would be good for a passenger or during a break in a long drive. However, sitting in my chair at home it was fantastic. There are several easy to use options and it provided a nice deep massage. There is also an option for heat only. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. The one drawback may be that the cord to the controller could be a little longer.

Since the item web page has enough pictures of the item, I don't feel it necessary to add more. This unit seems to be work very nicely. Has a separate plug the the AC, and the Controller is on a curled up cord. The Unit comes with 2 motion motors which have 4 rollers on it to massage your back. It has 3 intensity levels and 2 heat levels all controlled by the remote. This unit does come with a Car Adapter and AC Adapter, which is very convenient. I've had a few units like this and have given out a few also, and seems to be on par and very similar to the others, but just a little different features like Battery powered, more levels, heat etc. The price seems to be similar based on features to the others. As far as Lumbar support, I really would not use it for that since you can feel the 8 rollers in your back.. It's not that comfortable if you are trying to use this for Lumbar support only.

This lumbar massager feels so nice to have and works wonderfully in the car. It heats up well and quickly. I love using it on the longer car rides and it really helps with pain relief and softening up my lower back. This is a great tool to have and a value as well.

I have one like this. The difference between the one I currently use and this one is stark. For one thing, this massager is much bigger and the plastic casing feels harder on my back. The rollers feel good and there is adequate heat, but it is stiff and doesn't feel as flexible as the one I have. It does come with a car adapter which is unusual as I never thought of using this in a car. I suspect it would be better for the passenger rather than the driver, as I would find the massaging motion a bit distracting. It is OK but the price led me to expect more amenities.
