This burner has worked exactly as I hoped it would. I am using it built into an outdoor kitchen. I chose this for the BTU output and adjustability with the knob in front. I found that it works best when the valve on the tank was set to get in the ballpark and the valve on the body was used for finer adjustment. The valve on the body IS able to extinguish the flame. This burner can get really hot and flame does emit from all of the hole. I was able to dial this in when frying chicken in batches over an hour period. I was able to maintain temperature and the oil temperature did not spike above my desired 350 deg target.

The stove is solid built but the legs feel very flimsy, the red knob that control the gas flow also very flimsy. Overall, the quality is pretty for the price!

Got this for thanksgiving outdoors cooking. And it delivered. Got value for my money, the heat output is wild. Users need to be careful with the heat output to avoid food getting burnt fast. Use the lowest option. The weight is light enough for one adult to carry. Quality is good for the price. I recommend.
