This controller was absolutely worth the money. Every single button works perfectly. The left and right triggers are smooth. This is exponentially better than a cheaper wired controller. This controller is plug and play and works great with my Wii.

That's right I'm saying it, this is a great wave bird replacement! It terms of feel of the buttons, and analog sticks it's honestly crazy how closely this controller feels compared to an official GameCube controller. Look at my comparison pictures of a stock gamecube controller and this one. Pros - Works with Nintendo Wii, GameCube, Nintendo Switch and I believe also PC. - Uses USB C and has rechargeable batteries - Design and buttons are true to the look and feel of a stock gamecube controller. - Has Rumble Cons - Build quality of the plastic could be better. - For the cost I would expect and higher grade plastic but everything is working as intended. - Has to be turned on the Charge. This one threw me off as normally controllers just need to be plugged in to charge. You have to flip to stick on the controller to "On" before it will charge. - Does have trouble auto connecting back to the receiver but found just pressing the "+" button on the controller and, the button on the receiver syncs things back up quickly.

This is an uncanny wavebird replica. The feel is very much what one would expect from the original official Wavebird and performance has been flawless. Button presses, joysticks, d-pad presses, all felt in line with the original wavebird. I had no difficulty using the USB adapter for my Batocera gaming pc and gaming was a joy. Highly recommended for folks looking for that original Gamecube experience.

It works pretty well for what it does. Being able to connect this thing to a Wii and a Computer is amazing, as well as the fact that it has bonus buttons like a second Z button. My only criticisms with it are that the controller's d-pad is a bit wobbly and that the Bluetooth connectivity can be a bit finicky. Other than that, this controller is great. It's wireless, has analog triggers, and the whole nine yards.

I initially loved this controller. It’s pretty and I thought it functioned well. The usb c charging was great too. But now, the left joystick is super finicky. It just stutters or plain doesn’t work at times. This makes gaming near impossible. And it’s not every once in a while - I’d say if I’m using that joystick to move my character it happens every 5-30 seconds. Drives me absolutely bananas. I am disappointed because when it worked, I loved this controller. Oh well, guess it’s going in the garbage can.

Pros: +No noticeable latency +Looks perfect +USB and GC dongle +Decent weight +Rumble +Analog sticks are accurate +Analog triggers +Accurate analog sticks on Switch after calibration Cons: -Rubber on analog sticks is hard and dry; not as grippy -Buttons don’t feel quite as premium as original GC controllers -No gyro FYI: original GameCube face buttons and membranes do fit and work very well in this controller, but the original GameCube sticks do not. I would buy it again in a heartbeat
