..to my home theater. Although the manual power button is a drag, I leave it pushed in and plug this into a smart wifi power strip like the rest of my home theater equipment so I can turn it all on by voice, one at a time or the whole system. Tip: get a smart power strip you can name each outlet so it is easier to remember by name & not by outlet number. I love that even though it produces a lot of power, it doesn't draw a lot of AC watts. I have real time stats on AC loads through my battery backup. I can only crank it up to 25% now as I only have 200 watt speakers on it & don't want to ruin them. I am building 4 - 750's ( RMS ) for it now. So approx. 100 ac watts load @ 25% volume. I saw that another review stated the sub out didn't work for them. Try adding "powered subs". The remote background is dark and the lettering is too. I scanned the remote into my PC then edited the image to lightened it up, then printed it onto a vinyl sheet, cut out the buttons and stuck in over the original. I read that others had cut out issues using Bluetooth, both of mine work great with no interruptions, Samsung 4.2 and Windows Bluetooth Suite. This has a phenomenal cooling system as I hear it when a song ends. The fan runs till the load is lower and it cycles down. It is not loud at all but noticeable when sounds are done. I have 4 cats & only the 2 black males love this sound. They both come and lay on the floor when I turn it up ( not loud ). I think it is the deep bass they love. BTW support for this has been great. Has all the basic hookups for peripheral equipment with some other bells and whistles. Has a line out port that's good for recording. Remote works well with all features. Good sound quality coming from old set of Bose speakers. Hooks up to my excellent old am/fm Technics tuner that pulls in stations better then builtin tuner. Good value overall. ... show more

    • I guess I got lucky for this item, because it is fully functional!
I read some of the reviews and they made me nervous! But the one I got is fully functional and It looks new. The sound quality is very good and clear and crisp. The bass and treble functions are not very good. If this unit had a 6 band equalizer it would be great! A 10 band would be even better! The remote control is almost unreadable! You must be in very bright light to use it. The lettering is the wrong color. It dark on dark, so it makes it very difficult to read and use. The item has an mp3 jack, but the sound quality is terrible! I would give this unit 5 stars if it did not have all these issues. I have some huge JBL speakers that rock the house and this unit can handle the highest sound levels! When everything is hooked up correctly, it is a great unit. The volume knob is not responsive, meaning it takes several turns to get up to high sound levels, which some people might like, but I don't I like a quick and responsesive control. There is no way it has 3000Watts! It might be 100Watts. But still, it works. I should say so good so far. Good so far!. Time will tell indeed! I know these items are not expensive and they will have some issues just like this one. But if you have really good speaker, you will love the sound you get out of it! I would recommend this receiver to my friends and family. Cons: Remote is almost unreadable! MP3 Player is almost useless. It is not 3000Watts! Can be tricky to use because it is not intuitive! Pros: It can handle very loud sound levels! Nice weight and feel! Not expensive! Cool look and the LED lights can be turned off or on. Lots of functions to play with! So, I give this receiver is at 4 stars for overall performance! Time will tell how long this unit lasts. I don't use it every day so that will be a factor as to its durability.     • Okay for the money
After I got my Pyle Hybrid Amplifier in, I immediately saw that it was well packaged and free of any damage. Having used this type of equipment before from another maker, I glanced over the set up instructions and got the Pyle all connected in about 5 minutes. I did notice during set up that what appear like two handles on the front face were wobbly. The system was powdered up and it lit up nicely. While choosing my preferred settings on the blue LED lit buttons on the front face, I noticed that the "A+B" speakers are the default setting after power down. As I only use the "A" speakers setting in it's current configuration, I have to change the speaker setting after each power down event. The unit causes a hiss from the speakers when the system is powered up. Not a feature I like as the previous system I had had NO speaker hiss. The function display is well lit and easy to understand, but the equalizer display is lit but nonfunctional and reads as maxed out during any use unless the selected equipment sends it no signal. When I pressed the LED button to turn off the unneeded lights on the front face a loud buzzing was heard over the speakers. The buzzing went away when I pressed the same button and the lights came back on. Considering the price I paid, I can live with these perks. I have only been using it for about a week, so I cannot speak as to how this systems works over the long run though its use cycle is 10 to 14 hours a day. ... show more

    • Bluetooth range is short however it works nice tested last week for a campout
Working nice doesn't overheat it's compact wish it went lower for speakers frequency response like my other receivers but over all very pleased with . even though was double packed one front mount was bent in and external antenna mount was broken but I can bend mount back out and probably glue antenna. It may have been a repacted item however as I said working well ... show more
