It came extremely fast and in perfect condition. It does a great job at filtering the water. We have been using it now for a few months. Seems to be working perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because they filters that your screw into the other filters. If you screw it too tight, it will break it. I did break it but I just took the nut off the bottom of one filter and screwed the white filter back into there. Be an extremely careful not to break it any further. But order a new filters, fixed everything extremely quickly. I'm very easy to change the filters. ... show more

We use these filters for our Berkey. We use our Berkey system every day so the filters last about 5 to 6 months. And the black charcoal filters are hard to find on burke.com as we’ve seen their out of stock fairly often.

Fetechmate water filtration system is one of the best on the market, especially bc they're one of the few stainless steel systems that provide both the toxic chemicals and the chlorine and fluoride filters -- most do not provide the chlorine + fluoride filters. Ensure that you don't screw the bottom white filters too tight as I did as the black filters in the top canister will not be able to drain/filter the water into the bottom canister properly. They also provide efficient responses and information when messaged. Great product + Great Service!!     • Filter rate is way too fast…like a stream!
I sooo wanted these to be exactly the same as the original name brand filters. They physically look almost identical. But the flow rate should be fast dripping with a full top tank. These flow like they are taking a leak. I started making a video to document how these compared to the originals. I’m drying the originals to get the mass of each when dry. Then I’ll cut them in half and examine what’s inside. I expect to see some difference. Bummer. It’s supposed to take 3 hours for two original filters to filter 3.2 gallons. It’s been 17 minutes and it’s already halfway. Garbage. However, they do pass the red food coloring test. So they are filtering - but I suspect pores are much larger, thus less filter media, and higher permeability. How hard is it to make a good product when it’s obvious they are almost there? ... show more

    • Fits Berkey lite fine
Works the same as the Berkey filters that cost over a $115 for a pair. I had no problems with priming the filter and I had no problems with installing the filter and I had no problems with using the filter in my Berkey light
