I put the screen protector on my phone and now my fingerprints won't register. It says to delete old ones and replace with new. Yet my phone won't even read a fingerprint now to add or update any. Also the screen is NOT privacy at all. It does darken at an angel as it says. This product does nothing that it says it does. So I purchased one for my wife's s22 ultra, and already reviewed it, 2 stars! Now for my s23 ultra, the finger print scanner doesn't work at all, even with turning on the setting for increased sensitivity for use with screen protectors, still can't use my finger print. I'm sure like with most people with smart phones that's a major inconvenience. The finger print is used for a bunch of apps. On top of that it, it cracked while putting it on, and lastly the privacy function is mediocre at best. I can tip my phone in almost any direction and still see my screen clear as day. The screen protector is ok. It's not good if you use fingerprint to open your phone. When I turn the phone sideways to see if the screen will block for others to seeing my information, you can still see what's on my phone. Even at 90 degrees.

This only sticks to the fingerprint area. It looks perfect there but horrible blurry and horrible wherever it doesn't stick to the screen! That's not what shows on the pictures here! It looks like a huge air bubble got under the WHOLE SCREEN! The only nice area is the fingerprint area! I didn't even try to put it on after I saw the video tutorial because I had already boutght one that only glues to the fingerprint area. Looks absolutely horrible! It made me hate my phone! Here they show a beautiful glass that looks clear everywhere. I'm not talking about the privacy feature! The screen protector makes it difficult for my S23 Ultra to respond to my touch. I have to press hard for the phone to recognize what I want it to do. It is also not responsive to the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. Worst purchase ever!

    • Finger sensor won't work
I just got this today and one of them broke easily. Finger sensor doesn't work. The adhesive stays on the protector where the finger sensor is, and gets on the phone.
