Updated review: after leaving my initially review on Amazon, M. Rosenfeld customer service is impeccable. To honor their warranty, they reached out to me to rectify the situation and offered to provide me with a new replacement burner, free of charge. This showed me they truly care about their customers experience and stand behind their product. As I mentioned previously, the burner was great, it just stopped working after a short period of time.
