Very pleased with this. The reviews were right, this is a good product. Pros: 1. Small footprint fits anywhere or hangs on wall (must have air flow clearance). 2. Pleasing design, very pretty, and fire is very realistic! 3. Does not get hot on any surface, amazing. Heat comes out from front, low end. Top, sides, back are all super cool to touch. Place things on top no problem. 4. Puts out decent heat to warm your feet or slow heat for warming up the room. Perfect amount. 5. Fireplace visible from 3 sides, heat output front only. I like the views. 6. Two switches - Turn on fireplace no heat. Turn on fireplace with heat. You can turn off heat but not the fireplace lights. The black dial also turns off heat but not sure what else it does. It does not regulate heat output. Ignore it. 7. Light, portable, and excellent for RVs and tiny homes or cozy space heater. Cons: 1. Legs are plastic not metal, but very sturdy. You could put your own legs on or wheels. 2. Legs only had 2 screws and back corner was not screwed in so it had a wobbly fit. I added some VHB (Very High Bond) tape to the legs and this solved wobbliness when screwed back in. The legs don't sit flush on corners so the tape filled the gap and now it is perfect. Minor issue. 3. Corners near legs - 2 were sharp, 2 were rounded. I got out my metal file, and knocked that down a bit. Barely noticeable. I am a perfectionist. 4. No heat outpout variable switch. It either turns on heat or does not. Again, not a big deal. They kept the price down. There is a black dial knob, not sure what it does. Summary: Yes, buy it! I love it so much. I hated the bigger bulkier one I had before, this is compact and almost as warm as that one. Works great on the desk too as a hand warmer!

I bought both the small and large (wifi) models. This review is for both. These heaters are small but mighty! I’m impressed with how much heat both give off. They look heavier than they are— both are easy to move. Both are well made and look great. I really like the wifi option on the bigger one. And I like that it has a range of temps. I would both buy again (and maybe I will).

This puts out great heat for my sunroom in winter. This heater is well made and cute to boot. Simple controls and you dont have to have the heat turned on to have the logs burning. Windows on the front and sides. The top and sides are cool to the touch. No burns for the fur babies. Im very please with this purchase and would recommend this fair priced item.

Very cute - hot heat - but plug became too hot and nearly caused a fire . The breakers in my house shut off which turned the heater off . I had only used it 3xs for only an hour or so each time until this time. I think this happened within a 2-3 hour time frame. I prefer the heaters with actual controlled thermostats - they seem to do better.

I really like this heater/fireplace in general. The flame display is real enough and sets a nice ambiance. The sound is bad, there is no other way to put it. Sounds like screws falling into a can. It seems to be built well being all metal, the legs are also metal. The front door is glass and metal and feels solid. It heats very well and the app works as it should. My complaint is that out of the box quite a few screws were half way in and I soon figured out why. They just turn. The cannot be tightened. A few of the leg screws are the same, they turn and turn and cannot be tightened. So one of my legs wobbles. I am presently trying to figure out a fix for this. Another complaint is the remote is spotty at best. I can be right upon this heater pointing at the front and the remote only works intermittently. It will not work from a distance at all. And the instructions are wrong, each time you turn it on it resets to a default; lights on high, no sound, no heat. I'm glad I bought it. I wish it was built better without the loose screws and with better sound effects.

The smell of plastic when turning on the heat blower is toxic, and the screw holes do not match the screws, so the feet cannot be securely attached to the bottom. The flame is effective, the glass door is nice, good size for small spaces, but does not deliver enough heat.

This item has the best packaging I have ever seen. Box perfect when delivered. Neatly wrapped with uncommon care. Kudos to the packaging designers and shipping folks! This is cleaver, attractive and throws a lot of heat!. Sat it on the 8" cooking ledge of my woodstove insert for use on milder days. Craftsmanship is outstanding. Very pretty design on all 6 sides. Easy to screw on cast hard plastic legs. Fan noise average. Warms up space quickly. Can use fireview without heating element / blower. I only wish the cord was 24" longer, as you cannot use an extension cord, and more length would allow more versitile placement and hiding the cord a bit. Great price for a decorative small faux fireplace infared space heater.
