  • Sogries 18x70 High Quality Binoculars Sogries 18x70 High Quality Binoculars
Overview These 18x70 binoculars are designed for long-distance viewing and strong low-light performance. Their large objective lenses provide bright image quality that works well for celestial observation, coastal viewing, wildlife watching, and scanning wide open areas. They offer respectable optics for their price range and are enjoyable to use. These are very large binoculars, measuring over 10.5” long and 8” wide, which may appeal to serious observers but could feel oversized for some users. Pros • Packaged very securely • Waterproof and fog proof construction • Bak-4 prism system • Strong low-light viewing capability • 18x magnification for long-distance observation • Bright image performance with large 70mm objective lenses • Case with shoulder strap included • Lens covers included • Well suited for coastal, wildlife, and celestial viewing • Decent optical quality for the price point Cons • Higher-end models offer superior optics at a higher cost • Attached lens caps would have been more convenient • Large size and weight may not appeal to all users or be ideal for extended handheld viewing Conclusion These binoculars are a strong choice for users seeking bright, long-range viewing without moving into premium price territory. Their large lenses and powerful magnification make them especially well suited for nature observation, coastal viewing, boating, astronomy, sporting events, and many other outdoor applications. With useful accessories included and solid overall performance, they offer good value for those comfortable with their larger size. ... show more

  • Premium Optics and Incredible Clarity Without the Premium Price.
As someone who already owns several pairs of binoculars, I can confidently say these exceeded my expectations. The image quality is impressively bright and sharp, especially during early morning and evening wildlife observation here in Florida. The large 70mm lenses pull in an incredible amount of light, making distant details much easier to see compared to smaller binoculars I have used. The 18x magnification strikes a great balance between power and stability. I was able to clearly observe birds, coastal activity, and even detailed views of the moon without the overly shaky experience that often comes with extreme magnification optics. The field of view is wide enough to comfortably track moving wildlife, which is important when observing animals in motion. I also found them very comfortable to use. The adjustment system worked well with my facial structure and vision stigmatism, and the long eye relief made extended viewing sessions much easier on the eyes. The build quality feels rugged and premium, with a solid weight that gives confidence without feeling overly cumbersome. What impressed me most is how well these perform for the price. They genuinely compete with much more expensive optics and deliver a professional viewing experience without the premium cost. For stargazing, wildlife observation, or long distance viewing, these binoculars are an outstanding value. ... show more

  • Very zoomy, easy to use, super bright viewfinders. Very zoomy, easy to use, super bright viewfinders.
These are hilarious to use, but really fun. Like having two telephoto lenses propped on your eyes. The brightness is really great (Signified by the 70 number I think). Adjusting it for my eyes were a cinch and very quick, and despite feeling like two cakes cans of weight on the very front of the grip, I got used to it. I wish there was some sort of rubberized grip on the lens barrel of the left side of the binocular as all the adjustments favor right handed people, and being able to hold the binoculars up front would help alleviate weight/use over time. It's made very well and very clear lenses. Comes with a case and small accessories and that's it. No gimmicky phone support that's annoying to deal with. Just the binoculars, strap, a microfiber cloth, and the case. The strap makes me think of the old Canon straps that have the red accent on them. It is tripod mountable via the front. It's a neat complimentary set of binoculars to go birding with. Just high zoom rate, no stabilization can make for an interesting very shaky experience if you aren't used to it. ... show more

  • Need some extras to make it perfect
Crystal clear optics and the binoculars are not heavy at all. The only thing that I would like to see is them offer a tripod mount that fits to the front of the binoculars where the screws at on the front. I will be using these as a spotterscope but now I'm going to have issues.

  • Well Made With Good Range And Magnification. Well Made With Good Range And Magnification.
This is a nice pair of Binoculars. They are pretty solid and big too and you can definitely tell they are made well. The clarity is really good I was able to focus in on a bird roughly about 200 yards away. The adjustment wheel turns smoothly without jumping ahead life some I've used in the past have done. These let's you slowly zoom in on the object again with good clarity and light. They come week a nice carrying case and a strap too carry around your neck. The magnification is good but I'm not sure 18x70 Is consider powerful but I could be wrong about that. Overall there great for looking up at the stars and like I said they pulled in really close to a bird about 200 yd away I think that's pretty good distance and range for them in my opinion. I think they're worth the value you're getting a good quality product with good clarity and decent magnification and a nice easy smooth adjustment wheel. ... show more

  • Huge but good quality with excellent visibility Huge but good quality with excellent visibility
These binoculars are incredibly powerful and provide excellent visibility once properly adjusted. The image quality is clear and bright, making them great for birdwatching, stargazing, property monitoring, or coastal viewing. That said, they are much larger than I expected—about 10 to 11 inches long—and they have some weight to them. Holding them up for extended periods definitely takes some forearm strength, and you’ll want to be mindful of the bridge of your nose while using them. The package is well put together and includes a carrying case, lens covers, a cleaning cloth, and an extra accessory. Everything feels high quality and well made. We live on acreage and primarily use them to check our front gate, observe wildlife around the property, and occasionally look at the stars. They perform exceptionally well for those purposes. Just be aware of the size before purchasing. These are not what I would consider travel binoculars, but if you’re looking for powerful optics and don’t mind the larger form factor, they’re an excellent choice. Photo of my Alaskan cruise ship binoculars for comparison. And even the smaller pair would barely be considered travel size. These things are huge ... show more

  • An astronomy shortcut! An astronomy shortcut!
These are some serious binoculars, and as an amateur astrophotographer who has always heard of people using binoculars for astronomy but never owned a decent pair until now, I completely realize what I was missing. With the light-polluted environments most of us live in these days, it is easy to forget just how many stars are actually up there. It only takes about five seconds of viewing the cosmos with these to refresh your memory on the billions of viewable stars in our spot in the Milky Way. The large 70mm aperture pulls in an impressive amount of light, making them perfect for low-light stargazing. They are incredibly affordable for the level of quality you get, and the setup feels robust and durable. They also come with a nice carrying case and a neck strap that is almost identical in quality to the one that came with my expensive Canon camera, which was a great surprise. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to explore the night sky without the massive hassle of learning how to use a telescope. ... show more

  • Awesome Farsighted Binoculars with Crisp View Awesome Farsighted Binoculars with Crisp View
These binoculars are awesome. They help you see a fat as 1000 yard. The picture you can see is still very detailed. These binoculars come with a storage bag, shoulder strap, and cleaning cloth. I will point out that there is not a tripod adapter or smartphone adapter mount included though they are shown in the descriptive pictures. I'm excited to use these to be able to look around my property from my porch or deck. The binoculars will help me keep an eye on my livestock when they wander to far away pastures. The fact that there are three different ways to focus the lens should mean I will always have a clear view. I was able to order these at a price of $100, so the cost has gone up. Perhaps the higher price means the tripod and smartphone adapters will be included, but I'm not sure. ... show more
