I previously had an tankless water heater, but it blew up after a couple of thunderstorms in the area. This brand cost less than the prior one and works more efficiently. The water heats up quickly and stays hot. I am able to take a hot shower while the washing machine, dishwasher, or another person is taking a bath. There are 5 people in our home and this thing has not missed a beat. The guy who installed it said it was easy to install. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get a tankless water heater.

Temp range misleading

Unit will not reach 140°@4gpm unless in coming water is already at 90° per customer support. Other then that it's a good unit. So if you own a garden tub and want to keep your wife happy don't but this one

Bought this for a client's home. It’s a powerful 27kW unit that delivers consistent hot water. Much more affordable than big-box store brands but works just as well. The digital display is user-friendly and the gray finish looks premium. Great choice for any home renovation.
