Mower works perfectly No loose parts , it came ready to go right out of the crate , ( PSA ) DO NOT STAND DIRECTLY IN FRONT OR BEHIND , no so much for debris but travel ( STOP ) forward and reverse is slow , as you approach ( ANYTHING ) be in slow speed , learning the speed control took about 5 minutes, forward and reverse speeds are like shifting gears , push the joystick forward or backwards ( BUMPING ) speeds up or slows down same with stopping , my grass was about 6-8" at the lowest setting, CUT PERFECTLY WITH NO ENGINE BOG , on a slope !!! , Under the hood , SIMPLE mower motor , two drive motors ( 12v electric ) looks like two old school alternators

Calibrate the joysticks first!
For years I have mowed my very hilly areas with a Swisher mower towed by my atv. Two machines requiring twice the maintenance and at times a dangerous operation when I tipped on 2 wheels. I’m 74 years old and decided enough! (Actually my wife said that). I just mowed my problem areas with the new machine and I must say it’s a beast and will save me time and keep me safe. My only negative was the remote joysticks weren’t calibrated out of the crate and when I first powered up, the machine moved until I hit the estop. The instructions for the remote, once downloaded clearly stated to calibrate the joysticks first, but that should be clearly stated elsewhere since I wasn’t in a location to download and read the manual. Maybe a point by point start up sheet stuck on the machine. 1. Calibrate joysticks, 2. Check oil, 3. Add fuel, 4. Start machine, 5. Test E stops etc. Overall a very rugged and tough machine out of the box. Handles 24” grass and weeds and steep inclines as advertised. I love this machine!

Heavy duty remote mower
This mower arrived in a hugh wooded crate well packaged. Batteries on mower and remote had a charge, so I was able to back mower out of crate. I went through the mower, and was amazed at how well this machine is built! I added some oil and fuel, and it fired up no issues. I did alot of research on different models and decided to give this one a try. Customer service was excellent on chat back and forth, and very helpful! This is the main reason I chose them...their customer service! They answered every message I had. Have only mowed once so far, and this is a beast. Great power, and so far, no issues. I would highly recommend this remote mower!

Revised review I was wrong before
After reviewing this mower I have had time to get used to it and I have to say I am very happy with the purchase and the customer support I have received. After getting used to controlling this mower I couldn’t be happier. I bought this mower for steep slopes and the mower has been great. That being said this is more a finish mower than a brush mower. The mower handles steep slopes around 45 degrees well mowing side to side and is able to mow steeper slopes up and down. The only thing mowing up and down is the motors don’t hold the mower back so you have to stop it often going down very steep slopes. I recommend back up steep slopes it is very controllable and can tackle very steep slopes.

The mowers engine would not stop
This mower is dangerous. After having a difficult time starting it, the mower appeared fine. I tried to stop the engine with the power switch on the mower and it would not shut off. I pressed the stop button on the remote multiple times and the engine would not stop. Finally after depressing the stop button, the engine stopped. Yet the power switch did nothing to help shut off the engine. Had the mower kept moving in reverse or forward, there would be no stopping the mower. I even removed the battery from the remote and it wouldn't shut off the engine.

Runs away down hill
Seems to be well built going down hill it will run away you can't control speed. My mower will only cut four inches high. My speed control is regulated by how many times you click forward or reverse to speed up or slow down. If you click forward seven times you have to click back seven times to stop. Wish it had better speed control

Powerful mower
The mower has exceeded my expectations as to what it can do. It tackles thick brush and small saplings with ease, goes up steep inclines I used to fight with a weedeater and has been great so far. I did have an issue with the blade not being tightened when I received it causing severe vibration and damage to the blade but the seller promptly sent a replacement with extra bolts so they made it right asap. I would recommend to anyone with slopes or thick brush you need to handle.
