Bought a a birthday gift for my 92 year old mother with arthritis and multiple joint replacements. Mom loves it! It was delivered in 2 boxes. When opened, it appeared large and wide, but no single piece was too heavy for me (50's f) to lift. Assembled easily. Good diagrams (instructions on bottom of chair's base). Mechanics, motors and remotes work great; frame and fabric appear of robust quality. Comfortable enough that Mom immediately decided to try it out for a nap (instead of her other lift chair that doesn't recline all the way) and slept well. She has since decided she may always sleep in it, because it doesn't hurt to get into and out of like her bed. She confirmed that it appears on Day 1 to be an excellent value for the money and a definite aid to her mobility.

Shipping was quick. Easy to put together. Love the soft material. I got the blue one and the color is beautiful. Negatives: The foot floor is very short, and I am 5’4”and my legs hangover from my calves down. I wish it extended farther. There is a gap between the armrest and the seat portion that constantly eats my telephone. It is not visible that when you sit down, the gap is created. I do wish all of the controls were incorporated into one remote instead of two. The chair is sturdy and appears to be well-made. The massage and heat are mediocre At best. I do believe I Could have done better with another model. So my suggestion to you is research research research. I am recovering from two broken arms and the remote allow me to have the mobility that I need.

Very pleased. Is just a touch shorter (foot to floor) than I thought it might be but it’s very comfortable. The fact that it goes flat is huge, making it much more comfortable taking a nap during the day. Remotes work great and I love the massage features including that you can set it for an hour. Lots of variations too! I had some young people put it together for me and they had no problem. You might want to get non sliding floor pads, without them it had a tendency to move slightly when I got out but easy fix. Also it comes in two boxes, came on separate days. Good buy!

Pros: Chair is very easy to put together. It sits semi soft. There is a give in the seat and the back so it is not like sitting on a wood box. The massage and heat are very good and strong compared to other chairs I have tried. The controllers are good, easy to use. The foot rest raises up sufficiently and it lays way back so your feet feel higher than your body. I am 5'2" and this chair just fits me on length. Not sure it would work well if your over 5'5". Width wise it just fits me I would think if you’re over 250 it might be snug...unless you got skinny hips. Now for the cons: The fabric is just okay it feels a little on the cheap side...sort of stiff but I use a throw over it anyway. I can feel the massage circle disc in the seat under the fabric. I wonder if it will be a bother after the chair softens. Disappointed in how the back looks. It is not fully stuffed (nothing like pictured) and I wonder how it will feel in a few months because of it not being fully filled. I think it makes the chair look old. I'm having many doubts on this chair. I will try to do an update in a month.

I am a 60 year old lady and I put this chair together by myself in about 15 minutes. I am sitting in it right now as I write this review (the vibrations feel amazing!) The chair came in 2 boxes. One box is pretty heavy. If you have a dolly or hand truck, you can do it yourself. The second box is not heavy. I picked it up and carried it. It was packed very well and nothing damaged. It looks exactly as pictured. Slide on the arms/sides. Slide on the back. Plug in all the cords. Directions came with it , but are really not needed. It’s that simple! Everything works and I am happy!
