This makes a good greenhouse cover; however I wanted this heavy duty UV resistant greenhouse tarp as a curtain for my covered patio. We have a large tree and in the fall most of the leaves are on our patio furniture and floor which sticks to our shoes or boots and then gets in the house, UGH! I like that it lets the light through but it is definitely helping keep the leaves out of our patio. The grommets are reinforced making it easy to wrap around and tie it to the patio post. I love it! The clear cover is thick, there's a weave through it to provide added stability and durability. This greenhouse cover is great! Compared to the greenhouse cover I have on my greenhouse this one is so much better. I am actually buying one to replace the greenhouse cover I have now. This cover will last year after year. There are many ways to use this clear heavy duty tarp. I highly recommend this item. It's a really good value for the money.

I am very pleased with this tarp! It’s truly heavy duty and turned out to be the perfect solution for protecting my vegetable garden from our first frost. I’ve tried using sheets and blankets in the past with little success, but this tarp works so much better. It has sewn-in reinforced tabs with metal grommets, which make it easy to secure tightly even on windy days. Another feature I really appreciate is that it allows sunlight to filter through, creating a nice greenhouse effect. That means it not only protects plants from the cold but will also be great in the spring for covering new bedding plants. The double-layer woven polyethylene material feels strong and durable, and it’s clear that this tarp provides excellent resistance to wind, rain, and cold weather. Overall, this is a well-designed, high-quality cover that exceeded my expectations and will be useful year-round in my garden.

I got this greenhouse tarp cover to try out on one of our in ground 6' long planters in our backyard for the rare occasion when we get a frost (only a few times a year here in the deep south). Upon opening and inspection. It is a tarp that has a bubble like pattern and is mostly clear. So the bubbles trap the heat. Based on the design and what I can learn online, it seems that these will work just fine for my intended purpose. They seem well made, so I feel that they will be very durable over time and last for years to come. All in all, I am 100% satisfied with the quality of manufacturing and the value for the dollar that this 18 Mil 8x6 ft Greenhouse Cover Tarp presents. I would recommend it to others seeking the same protection from frost damage in the deep southern states.

Great tarp. It feels fairly thick. It's the perfect size for our small Lean To style greenhouse. It's mostly used for seed starting in late winter and early spring, but does get some use in the summer and fall, so the cover stays on it year round. The last few clear replacement tarps we've tried on it haven't lasted more than one season. I was expecting something similar to those, but this one feels like it's better quality. It's more reinforced and feels stronger, so hopefully I'll get a few seasons out of it. It lets plenty of light in. Good deal.

Seems like a very tough tarp that will last for a long time. I question whether or not it would let enough sunlight through in a greenhouse, since the internal lattice is opaque and will probably block at least 50% of light. It works functionally great as a general purpose tarp where you may want more sunlight through than a regular tarp will allow. But if you need a greenhouse, use a clear plastic. This would be fine for the door though. It also looks cool. I think will probably last for years, and it seems like an okay price for the money if you need a tarp like this.

So, I do have a greenhouse, but that's not how I utilize this 8x6 clear tarp from ZSLTDU. In my case I use this with my outdoor raised bed gardens, specifically I use it to extend my season, getting starts in the ground earlier in the spring, and holding plants well past first frost in the fall. These UV resistant clear tarps are perfect for extending the growing season. The reinforced polyethylene stand up well to the environment unlike some thinner plastic sheeting. At 8x6 ft they are optimally sized for a great fit on my raised beds. They have larger sizes available, but with sheeting and tarps, right sizing in important as extra material tens to just be in the way most of the time. The only caution when using these with raised beds is it's important to know when to fold them back as they do trap moisture beneath them, and certain plants can suffer from too humid an environment when beneath sheeting. These are great season extenders, and I'll be ordering some more for next season!

This tarp is made from thicker, better quality material than the mini greenhouse coverings that we've been using for our fall container garden. For wind resistance, I like the grommets because I prefer using ball ties to attach to our framework, instead of using cheaper spring clips across the span. We'll be setting up our PVC garden frames soon, and I have very little doubt this small tarp will stand up to the elements for seasons to come. The price seems high upfront, but the quality is better compared to all of the thinner coverings I've used up to this point. I'd absolutely consider getting another when our garden expands.

Nice heavy duty greenhouse tarp. Winter is coming and one of the problems I have in my little greenhouse is keeping the heat in to protect my overwinter plants. I'll be using this tarp to insulate the roof without blocking the sun. The corners have sturdy hard plastic reinforcements around the grommets, not just webbing. The edges are turned under a full 2" which gives them more structure and strength. The fabric is strong and reinforced.This is going to work out just fine for what I have planned for it!
