I've owned the metal bed frame (pictured) for two weeks now and I love it. Seems to be extremely solid/sturdy, quiet and easy to assemble. Sixteen inches of storage space underneath is great! My mattress is a true innerspring so I wish the cross members were spaced a bit closer together to provide a little more support for the springs but, if in the future that becomes an issue and the mattress begins to sag between cross members, I'll just insert a piece of plywood between the frame and the mattress, not a problem. I highly recommend purchasing a set of mattress holders (see attached picture) to insure that the mattress doesn't slide left/right or off the foot of the frame. I purchased these from a different Amazon seller. They came as a pack of six (two at the foot and two on each side). They are very sturdy and very easy to install and well worth the money. ... show more

I ordered this for my camper to allow for storage underneath. The size of the box has me a bit worried but after unpacking and going over the instructions I was a little more at ease. I put it together by myself in like 20 mins , it was super simple and the instructions were clear. It also includes a few extra bolts as well as the tools needed for assembly. I did a few "test jumps" on it to try out the sturdiness and I'm impressed. Would have gotten a full 5 stars except for one thing ....my mattress slid very easily even with the mattress having a grippy bottom because it took was made to be used without a box spring. A QUICK AND CHEAP FIX! I purchased some grip tape and applied to each end rail and the center rail and it works PERFECT! I would absolutely recommend but buy you a roll of grip tape as well 😊 ... show more

This frame seems durable and stable, but it has one major design flaw. It's so easy to stub your toes on the support legs that are in the middle of the two sides and the bottom of the frame. Seriously, you have to be careful, or you will hurt yourself. I may consider wrapping the legs in some kind of padding material. ... show more
