I have had a horrible ordeal for the last twelve months going through numerous platform bed alternatives on behalf of my wife who has chronic back pain. First the expensive one that was too hard; then back to the old bed for a while; then the nice wooden platform with high legs that made it difficult for her to get in the bed; then the assembly error that caused the wooden platform's slats to displace and then collapse. I have had to assemble and disassemble king sized beds probably five times in the last six months; every time it creates clutter in the bedroom and I can also testify that king sized mattresses are pretty darned heavy. Finally, with this DiaOutro Bed frame, problem solved. The box was smaller and more manageable than usual because the lengthwise frame pieces came in two parts that bolt together rather than one. The metal construction was obviously much stronger than the wood frame of the previous contestant. And crucially there was no ambiguity in how the pieces might fit together. Very easy to assemble, and extremely solid and sturdy to sleep on. Also, half the price of the wooden platform.

I recently returned a similar type of steel bed frame to Amazon. I spent a lot of time looking at the bed frame products and the reviews. I decided to purchase this one. I am usually a skeptic and I can be a hard to please consumer. THIS ONE IS GREAT. It met all my needs and expectations. I do recommend that in the assembly it will be best to have two people doing this. Fastening the screw and nuts through the holes at the four corners really needs two people to do this properly which we found out. With that said, assembly is smooth and easy and the directions are straight forward. All components are properly marked and there re even some spare screws included (if you strip them during assembly). I found that to be a delightful bonus. I highly , highly recommend this manufacturer and this specific model. I am still a very happy Amazon customer !

We have a vacation home with low ceilings on the lower level. The low profile is great for the child room. My 6yo can sit on the bed with ease and get in and out easily. The XL is good for when she gets in my bed and I slip off to sleep in her bed. We got her an 8-inch mattress. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. It took him 15 minutes to complete.

Measure your mattress before ordering. Be sure your mattress is at least as large - or a bit larger - than the bed frame... the corners of the metal are sharp and could knock a knee! Assembly is easy but takes some time - the frame arrives in a long skinny box. But it is sturdy.

Pretty straight forward, just writing this cause some of the 1 star reviews complained that holes weren't aligned etc but I'm 90% sure they just tightened some of the screws before aligning them. So yeah, put all the screws in and hand tighten then start tightening them with the wrench making sure they are aligned. Seems sturdy, haven't slept on it yet. Def seems better than the wooden slats on the bedframe we had. Kept the pretty part of the head board and bedframe but this fit in perfect underneath so its hidden and sturdier. Took 2 hours ish from hauling this 50 lb box from the front of the apartment to throwing out the old bedframe pieces. Not bad.

I have had a water bit for most of my life, however, it has become increasingly difficult to find parts for it anymore. I switched to a regular mattress number of years ago however I kept the original particle board base for my waterbed. That base is finally collapsed. I've spent the past 2 months trying to find a new base that would work. I was just about to build one myself when I ran across in this particular one. The size is perfect for my California King waterbed frame. It doesn't sit too high it doesn't sit too low. When I drop in the Box frames the mattress fits right on top. It is strong yet lightweight. I had the whole thing assembled in about 20 minutes and the bed put back together in another five. It's a high quality product you won't be disappointed.
