The media could not be loaded. Well I waited until the 20th day of incubation to leave a review. The first time I have ever incubated eggs so I went with the cheapest option. Works great for the price. It held the temperature perfectly. In my home in Sc I had to keep an eye on the humidity levels, they kept tunneling a little low. But simply just give your water bottle a squeeze and all done. I was not impressed by the egg candler however, i did a better job with my phone and ordered a separate egg candler for less than $20 which is way better. I only incubated 4 eggs for fear of failure but so far I have 3 healthy chicks and number 4 has not hatched tet, but technically I have up to 3 more days and there is no guarantee that all eggs are fertile. The fallback is if you arr hatching more than 12 eggs, buy something bigger, or if you want to do different batches that come close to the same time get yourself a second incubator. But for hatching a few at home this is the perfect inexpensive set up. I would definitely buy again.

Small and works. I have 5 eggs in it now. Haven’t had any problems with it. Easy to use and follow instructions. No problems with humidity control. Haven’t had my first cleaning on it but doesn’t seem like it will be hard.

The incubator is not working correctly. The eggs spoiled because the temperature won't rise; the alarm keeps sounding constantly to indicate that the temperature is too low, and even though I try to adjust it, it simply won't go up.

This is my first ever incubator and even with following all instructions and tips, as well as adding other surface areas inside, humidity wouldn’t even touch 60%. Had to use both bottles from day one and it lingered in the low 50s the entire time. Otherwise, I do like that it alarms if there are issues and I like that it automatically stops spinning on day 18 for chicks. Out of 11 eggs, 8 have hatched by almost the end of day 22. 2 more have pipped. I believe the humidity issue is causing some delays and causing them to struggle.

This is a great starter incubator. I started raising chickens and finally got a rooster in the mix. I also raised pekin ducks. I wanted to raise chicks/ducklings for future replacements. I wanted to start off small with this incubator and I've read the reviews about humidity and temps not being absolutely correct. I had an old lizard temp and humidity gauge which I put into the incubator. There is a slight difference like temp would be off about 2-3 degrees and humidity by 5-10. I notice humidity would change alot when messing with the water bottle entrance. Sometime I would have to cap the entrance with the red lids to keep humidity steady or remove it to lower the humidity. You definitely have to keep your eyes on it throughout the day and I recommend getting a gage to have a second reading. Though my gage took up two spot it didn't matter much to me since 10 was a good amount. The roller works well and turns randomly about 3x a day. The egg light didn't help much for me. I had to use a different light to check the progress. But overall, with the fertilized eggs I had in the incubator I had 100% hatch rate. You cant be mad about that.
