The media could not be loaded. Piece of JUNK. I successfully setup WIN the first day and have not been able to log on. The login screen comes up but clicking on the Sign In button does nothing. It just stays on that screen I have rebooted, started in Safe Mode and reset the entire system and get the same result. At MS direction I am resetting again. I have not been able to use the AX18, so there are no files on it and 45 minutes in it is only at 51%. ... show more

Out of box a bunch the WI-FI hardware didn't work. I started looking for my Windows key on it considering it has Windows 11, but there isn't one to speak of. All of this feels very scammy, and definitely not worth the money/risk.

I ordered 2 of the ax18 only 1 was delivered and the other no clue where had to file a police report. But the one I did get has melware after logging in 15 to 20 different people tried to log in AT ALL COST DO NOT BUY.

What a POS! They sent the wrong manual for it, the touchpad works sometimes, mostly not, I can't plug two different styles of headphones into it, and the speakers are like something you might find in a ten cent toy. I'd give it a zero if I could.
