    • A thoughtfull DIY project

This is my first purchase of a mini split. I'm a reasonable DIYer. This company shipped it to me a I received it within 4 days. One package was missing, the pipes were missing. I notified them of error, and they resent a new one which arrived within 2 days. Their communication is suburb. I installed it and had it running within 3 days. The delay was waiting for the pipe package to arrive. This unit can be up and running in the same day. Just be neat and careful and you'll have no problems. Just as an aside I'm 79 and did it single handed over around 6 hours. You'll get everything you need with the exception of a vacuum pump which you do need, but you'll save hundreds doing it yourself. This mini split started having issues 5 months after being installed. I would not recommend this off brand mini split. Do not buy from a third party on Amazon because you will get screwed over! Spend the extra money and get a good name brand one.
