I bought these to replace a mismatched set of Henckels I have had for several years. Those are going to the RV. These knives arrived and I was skeptical that they were well made. I was wrong. The handles fit very nicely and seem like good quality. The blades are solid and feel durable. They arrive VERY sharp right out of the box. The biggest downside to them is that after you use them you have to carefully hand-wash and dry them. Not really a big deal unless you are not careful, as mentioned, they are sharp!
