I would rate this a zero if I could… we install this just as the return window closed due to project delays. Everything was working great until we went to install one of the bulbs and the whole thing shorted. Before that, it was really pretty & had potential.

Please be cautious when ordering from this company if it’s a problem there is no way to contact them! I ordered 2 chandeliers for the same room side by side and they came with 2 totally different light bulbs colors!!! 😖 All replacement bulbs i have order have all blown out when installed! Every contact number or email i have been given by Amazon to contact the company to get replacement bulbs have not worked! I can’t understand why Amazon will sell something from a company that doesn’t provide working contact information! Very disappointed in the customer service but love the chandeliers just want them to have matching bulbs 💡! ... show more
