What a waste of my time! The little thing is as cute as can be but the software, forgive me, is horrible!! There is not one thing other than charging that is intuitive about this MP3 player. I worked at trying to upload songs from my purchases on iTunes onto this thing for a couple of hours. Wanted it as a gift for my granddaughter. Going to have to look for something else. This one is going back!!

My daughter loves it, if you put music on an SD card, and put it in the system it works great, and is super easy! It would be nice if they included the lock feature in the instruction manual though. My daughter locked it by accident, and it was a pure miracle that I figured out how to unlock it.

The media could not be loaded. Great little music player for our 3 yr old niece. Like others, we noticed that the Lock Screen was coming up after our niece was playing with it. You can see from my video how to activate and deactivate the lock mode. I actually think this feature is great for younger kids who just want to push buttons a lot. A parent can play an album or playlist and then lock the screen so the kid can’t accidentally change it or turn the music off. To lock the screen: press and hold the menu button for a few seconds until you see the lock animation. To unlock: press any button to display the lock, then press and hold the menu button until you see the unlock animation. Hope this helps!

We got our 2 year olds music on this doodad now so I'm taking back my Spotify playlist!! My daughter LOVES music. She has cerebral palsy and doesn't get to do a whole lot so we bought this for her and out of all her elmedical equipment and toys to bring along, this is the most talked about! Just about every mom who has seen this wanted it for their kiddos. Great product. 10/10 recommend.
