I must admit being somewhat apprehensive when choosing a large sectional sofa online, since reviews are really all that can be relied upon, but we love this gargantuan set! There is zero assembly, just carefully cutting the airtight bags open. Do be careful though, I nicked the edge of the ottoman, though that’s no fault of the manufacturer. The sections spring to life quickly—kids would love this part—and are ready to use very quickly. I didn’t notice any off-gassing, which was a great relief! The base is strong and firm, but still light and easy to move, but the surface and pillows are very comfortable. It’s a great couch to doze off on, and could easily be arranged to make a makeshift bed. Despite reading the dimensions, we were amazed at the size! This could easily be two full-sized couches, and seats several quite comfortably! With foam furniture, I always worry about cleaning, but it’s incredibly easy to clean this sofa! The pattern looks very nice, and stands the test of time. My delivery came in two batches of large boxes in two days, no delays or mishaps, which is always appreciated with 5 separate boxes. Kudos to the company for smooth delivery! A bit heavy for one to carry a long distance, but that was my choice—just get a dolly if you need to move the larger boxes far. We haven’t moved since buying it, but I imagine wrapping in a plastic or moving blanket would prevent any rain, mud, puddles, etc. Highly recommended! A great sofa that will undoubtedly stand the test of time.

Definitely worth the price. Seller communicated quickly, couch is amazing. Very easy to assemble. My wife and niece were able to carry upstairs and had it unpacked and set up within a hour. Read some of the reviews and was worried at first. Some reported they did not receive everything but we had no issues. Once it shows shipped, I recommend contacting the seller and ask for all of your tracking numbers and do not open (these are hard to return per reviews once opened) until you receive them all. We purchased the 8pc set and it came in 6 boxes, all on the same day. Couch is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. We initially experienced some unevenness with the back of the couch, per their instructions this can occur and typically corrects itself within 2–3 days. In our case, it did. It’s sturdy, firm but not rock hard. No smell on our couch like some have reported. Would give a 10 to the seller and their product if I could.

Came out very good for my living room. It came airtight compressed and unfolds immediately after opening. Package came on time. Foam does not sink in after seating on it, it maintains its shape. It’s sturdy and soft. Only thing I did not know the back rest were shorter and the pillows are replacement back rests. And I don’t think this product can be easily returned so be sure you are convinced before you hit place order.

Camel, U-Shape Seating For 8 (All Chairs, No Ottomans) First off, the customer service was incredible. They reached out on their own volition to make sure everything about my order was correct, then again to inform me ahead of time about different segments arriving on different days - which they did, but still arrived well ahead of their delivery schedule. A few months ago, we got a cloud lounger set and fell in love with the ease of setup, ease of clean up (no cushions for crumbs to fall under), and of course the comfort. We ended up moving that to the upstairs den and I knew I had to have another cloud sectional. Between meals, 3 cats, and comfortable moments, I decided value and comfort would have to trump over aesthetics. These hold up to it all; bjt if anything were to happen, it's not a complete loss as I could likely just replace an individual unit. I also figured with some styling, I could make this look a little more upscale. Buyers should, however be aware that the backs of these are significantly lower than most sofas. This can understandably be an issue for comfort and aesthetic for some, but it's really a non issue if you just sort of mask it with some pillows and blankets. Also, the arms of the larger portions are lower than the backs, but I just threw some throws over that portion to sort of mask it. Not a big deal at all. All in all, for the price I paid, the customer service, the ease of setup, and the comfort level (cloud sofas are amazingly comfortable and surprisingly sturdy), I'm giving this 5 stars. I knew exactly what I was getting into with the design before I purchased, so there were no surprises or unreasonable expectations - hopefully, now, you can make an informed decision too! (I'm also buying an extra unit in a few weeks or so to extend one end a little further to accommodate even more people. That's how much I'm in love with this sectional.)

Would give 0 if that was an option. Item that arrived looks nothing like item on the pictures quality wise. Additionally, it has extremely uncomfortable hard surface and the back rest is pretty much non existent. The pillows looks like junk and will not stay upright or uniformed. Lastly, if you want to return it they will ask you to pay for it, considering the weight it will probably cost you more than the cost of the item. Essentially, this is a trap. Reporting it to BBB for quality and predatory approach to business. Will be reporting it to Amazon as well for an investigation.
