I love this player. I’m an old time radio fan. The SD Card that came with the player has nearly 10,000, 30 minute radio programs. The battery lasts for 15 hours on a charge. The wired earbuds are the best I’ve ever used. They are very heavy duty and very comfortable. I highly recommend this player.

I love the fact that this particular MP3 player not only comes with a microSD card that is 128 gigs, but it also comes with all of the favorite music apps and radio So many functions it’s hard to list them all Bluetooth works really well and I have no problem connecting to headphones The one drawback is if you’re using Radio, you need to use the headphones that they gave you so that you have antenna quality Definitely one of the better MP3 players I’ve come across. I love the quality. I love the screen size and the responsiveness. I haven’t had any problems with the screen freezing I’m still working on getting all the music loaded and I am happy to say that this particular MP3 player goes up to a one terabyte micro SD card Fantastic price for product I don’t have any problem, creating playlists and the art seems to transfer well still working on the lyrics

**Update** So, the supplier did get back to me about the failed device - It was a few days after but at least they did. They offered a full refund or a new device. I chose the new device because I really do like the music player. The new one is up and running, hopefully for good. If I had no issues at all this would have been a 5 star review, the player is that good. I changed it to a 4 star for the hassles, but I appreaciate the way they offered to rectify the failed device, I give kudos for that I recommend this device 1 star for the product 1 star for customer service First the product: I loved it! Fantastic - until it died a few weeks past the return date. No power on, no charging, dead. Second, customer service: I tried to contact the manufacturer through Amazon product help, filled out the form, no response - still waiting after 5 days. Maybe I just got a lemon? You would think the manufacturer would want to avoid a 1 star review? Nah... good luck if you buy this player!

Seems like a good Player, but I am unable to get the HiBy App to recognize any Music. I updated the HiBy app on a new G3 and loaded music in the "Music" Folder (MP4). The HiBy App will not "Find" the Music on the G3 in the Music Folder. Just says Awaiting music scan? Did a factory reset and did not fix the issue. have tried searching for "any" type of support for this issue and there seems to be no way to get a Technical answer, of any kind. Innioasis just puts out FAQ and the Service Help email address it gives in the manual does not exist. I would not recommend this item, no way to get Technical help!

Mixed, but basically ok for my needs Had been using an old Iphone for Libby and Audible audio books. It died. I’m not willing to use my everyday Iphone. Needed to find something ASAP to replace it for a road trip, and after some research found this unit. It claims it works with Libby, Audible, and has an external SD slot for Mp3 audio books-music. Good: Works with Libby and Audible Initially customer service (CS) responded to my issues quickly with suggestions Bad: My PC won’t recognize it. CS offered 3 suggestions- didn‘t work The “account person” app is missing and doing a factory reset didn’t work. When trying to play an audio book from the SD card, can’t figure out how to go from one track to the next automatically. Because of the missing app? Don’t know & I didn’t reach out to CS on this issue. Overall, I’m going to keep it as it does work wonderfully with Libby and Audible audio books.

I bought this in March 2025 for the ability to get audiobooks from my library through Libby. First, the Pros, connecting to Wi-Fi and getting audiobooks through Libby was fairly easy. Sound quality is OK for a audiobook, I don’t know about music. That is where the pros stop. Cons: 1) the battery life is low 2) it stops for no apparent reason and “playback error” appears, if you hit “play” it starts back up again. 3) The size is difficult, it won’t stay in a pocket, it will slide out and fall on the floor if you bend over. I’ve owned mine for 2 months and the front is all dinged up. 4) It moves from one site to another for no apparent reason which is hugely annoying. If I could find Libby on something smaller and less finicky I would in a heartbeat. Value for money is low IMHO. 5/22/2025 I am coming back to say the seller contacted me to offer me a refund or replacement. I declined both. I think the product is working as designed and is just not workable for me. I will say the seller was responsive and tried to be helpful and I am appreciative.
