These chews are surprisingly delicious—more like a fruity morning treat than anything resembling beets. I’ve been using them for about a year to support blood pressure and overall heart health. While they’re not a miracle fix, I do feel they’ve helped bring my diastolic numbers into a more normal range. Each chew is individually wrapped in an easy-to-open foil, which I prefer over the wax paper used by some other brands. I also appreciate that they include CoQ10, eliminating the need for an additional supplement. My only real complaint is the container lid—it’s extremely hard to open, and anyone with arthritis may find it especially challenging. The price is on the higher side, but if you’re already taking multiple supplements, these chews can simplify things into one tasty daily bite. I highly recommend. ... show more

I picked these up to try and help with my blood pressure. They did help slightly so far. The taste is better than I expected. They’re slightly sweet with a mild beet flavor, not earthy or weird like some beet products can be. Texture is chewy but not tough, kind of like a soft gummy. I’ve been taking them consistently and feel like they’ve been a nice addition to my daily routine. I can’t say they’re a miracle or anything, but I do feel a bit more balanced overall, and I like knowing I’m getting beet support without forcing myself to drink something I don’t enjoy. Docking one star only because they are a little pricey for the amount you get, but overall I’m happy with them and would buy again if they stay on sale. ... show more

Hard to chew, stick to teeth, and are not soft like a gummy. Was worried I'd choke if I accidentally swallowed one. Have no idea if they lower blood pressure. Taste is good. Will not buy again.

Before I started taking these I was getting headaches 4-5 times a week. Mostly small annoying headaches but always at least 1 day a week with a rougher headache. I went to my doctor and they thought it might have been blood pressure and stress related. They had me check my BP every day for a week and my BP was in normal healthy range. I had recently had lost a very loved family member and they think that and work related stress/stress in general was the cause of it. Fast forward 13 months later and the headaches came back. This time I had not lost anyone. I had a little bit of stress at work but nothing crazy. I started taking these and drinking 20 ounces of water as soon as I woke up. Fast forward to today, 4 weeks after starting them and I have not had any horrible/bad headaches and no headaches after the first week of taking these and drinking water first thing in the am. If you are going through something similar then I recommend you start taking these!
