Bought 2 other Cash Drawers prior to this one. The first was like a light duty kids lemonade stand quality with a plastic covered drawer front, and would pop open if you just slightly bumped it. The second was a little better made, BUT, the RJ11 cable was hard wired into the case making the issue of a damaged cable a detriment, to a just plug and play replacement. This cash drawer is VERY Sturdy and the key-way is cut in the fashion of a high priced import auto key with the tumbler pattern cut down the center of the key. The case and frame is of a heavy metal construction and has the feel of a sturdy vault type storage drawer. Definitely excellent quality. This cash drawer itself is a heavy duty product, well built. It is heavy and strong. The slots are just the right width and length for all the U.S. currency notes. I like the solid dividers between slots, not removable. It comes with a "Open Drawer Cord" plug into the credit card processor, so no need to use the key. Make sure to keep the key in a safe place, outside of the drawer, just in case. Love this drawer! ... show more

Great drawers. I use in a liquor store with high volume. Very smooth opening and closing. The change spots are a little deeper than my old drawers but we adjusted quickly. The company also responded very quickly for my request to ad extra money trays for employees. Highly recommend this company.
