Do yourself a favor, IF you are purchasing solar lights for on top of your fence posts, buy extra rechargeable batteries and a charger!! We've had our solar lights for 3 years now, and we like them. But over time they lose the charge. Clean the inside of lights, pop off the top, clean the solar area off. Then pop a new battery in. But be sure and charge the old ones for spares! We also put ours away for the Winter. No use having ice and snow build up on them. ... show more

So far all of the lights I put these in, they’re not working. Need to try a light that is still working and see what happens. A gentleman at the big box store said the lights don’t last forever and it just might be the light itself and not the battery. That I’m not so sure of, as some of the lights are not that old. ... show more
