honestly, I didn’t have any issues with the laptop, other then the touch pad being slightly glitchy later on. However I’ve had significant struggles with the company. My laptop stopped working, and after being promised a 1 year warranty, no one has made a move to help me. I have contacted the company multiple times, and heard back once. They promised to help, and haven’t helped one bit. I loved my laptop and would love a new one or for help fixing this one. Not contacting customers back us a massive red flag and a gross thing to do after promising a warranty.
