This saw does the bare minimum. It is very weak, even for a cordless electric. It takes a second or three to get up to speed and bogs down too easily. I regret this purchase and wish I had spent more for a quality saw.

An absolute lightweight but great for cutting small diameter branches. It's a bit of a pain to clean, however the power is fantastic and honestly the value more than makes up for any minor annoyances. It's super easy to use, the noise level isn't terrible considering (I still wear ear protection personally regardless). For something so lightweight it's pretty darn durable. DeWalt 20v fit right in and worked like a dream. For the cost this is a great lightweight chainsaw. Doesn't tire you out to lug it around at all and it's fairly compact as well. Do recommend this for smaller cutting/trimming jobs. Won't cut down a large tree with this but overall yard maintenance will be a breeze for sure.

This is a small chainsaw but it is the perfect size for my needs. It is lightweight & easy for me to handle. I love that it runs off of a dewalt battery, which makes it simple and easy to maintain and operate! I haven’t used it extensively yet but it did just fine on some small limbs, vines and overgrowth I tried it on. It was fairly easy to assemble. Most of it was pretty intuitive, if you are familiar with chainsaws. And it’s a good thing because the instruction booklet really needs improvement. It’s basically just a book of safety tips and what not to do with the chainsaw. The instruction pictures are very small and I feel like they left out important details. For instance, the steps to install the handle and the chain were “attach the handle” and “install the chain on the guide”. Better detail would be helpful! I also had a difficult time getting the handle to attach properly. The screws on one side would not catch. They would screw in but never lock down. I took the handle all the way off and had my husband try and he had the same issue. I’m not sure if I was missing something or if it has a defect. The handle is on for now but I will probably have to be adjusting that, the more I use it. I do appreciate the accessories they included like the funnel, small bottle for chain oil ( chain oil not included) & safety glasses. They also include 3 packs of chains that are 16” and are sharp and feel durable. I really liked how easy it was to adjust the chain tension on the unit. Overall, I would still totally recommend this chainsaw for folks that need one that is lightweight and simple to operate & maintain. It is tougher than it looks and its perfect for small jobs. Best of all, the price is very budget friendly!

I recently picked up the 16-Inch Electric Chainsaw from the DEJUNPIOOL Store, and I have to say, it’s been a really solid addition to my yard tools. The fact that it’s compatible with DeWalt 20V/60V MAX batteries was a huge selling point for me since I already had a few on hand, and it saved me from having to buy into a whole new battery system. Right away, I noticed how lightweight and easy it is to handle compared to a gas chainsaw. It’s much quieter, starts instantly, and doesn’t require any of the maintenance headaches that come with gas-powered tools. Despite being cordless, it’s surprisingly powerful. I’ve used it for trimming branches and cutting through medium-sized limbs, and it handled everything smoothly without bogging down. The brushless motor definitely makes a difference in performance and efficiency. The auto oiler is a really nice feature—it keeps the chain properly lubricated without me having to constantly think about it, which makes the whole process easier. I also like the battery level screen; it’s super helpful to know how much charge I have left so I don’t get caught mid-cut with a dead battery. Having three chains included is a great bonus too, especially if you plan to use it regularly or want backups on hand. It feels well-balanced and comfortable to hold, even during longer use, and the safety features give me some peace of mind while working. That said, it’s definitely best suited for light to medium-duty jobs. If you’re planning to cut down large trees or do heavy-duty logging, you might want something more powerful. Overall, I’m really happy with this chainsaw. It’s convenient, easy to use, and powerful enough for most yard maintenance tasks. If you already use DeWalt batteries and want a reliable cordless option for pruning and trimming, this is a great, practical choice.
