The media could not be loaded. I purchased this motor with confidence for a go cart project after having multiple great email and phone conversations with the motor’s supplier. During the call, the representative confirmed multiple details such as thread sizes, shaft diameter and inner thread size, and more. The installation took approximately 1 hour and only required some slight modification to the go cart frame due to me measuring incorrectly. The motor fit and mounted perfectly within the location required. The bolt pattern even matched the pattern of the previous 5hp motor which made things even easier to make or upgrade. The motor comes completely assembled and only requires you to hook up and adjust the throttle cable and then add fluids. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend this motor over others such as Predators. ... show more

Unpackaged motor put oil in and gas started up and was knock coming from in the motor. Instantly turned off and won't fire back up. Complete junk

I swapped a 212cc motor on my go kart with this bad boy, little fabrication was needed, only the bolt holes were wider so I had to compensate, maybe welded a larger plate onto the frame to hold the motor, very easy install for my first build. I love the push button electric start. Starts great off a 9ah battery. Had some minor issues out of the box but customer service was professional, courteous and helped quickly. Would buy from again next time I need a 420.
