I don't generally like a percussive type of massage device. So many of them seem to just be a mini-jackhammer that I find more painful than soothing. I find this device much more gentle probably mostly because it covers such a wide area. It seems to work best on large areas like a back - not so well on arms nor especially on places like elbows and shoulders. The multitude of settings - cycling, strength, speed - all contribute to the overall relaxing effect. Its self contained battery and charging system requires no cords to dangle and tangle during use. Although it isn't exactly a one person operation (when used on the back) the dual handles make it easy to control and maneuver.

This is such a weird massager, but in a good way. And it's so versatile. For example, I like putting it behind me on my desk chair to massage my back. My wife likes to put it on the floor to massage her feet when she doesn't feel like using a standard massage gun. It shakes the floor a lot and can be loud when used that way, but she likes how it feels. It's comfortable, but depending on how you use it. It's heavy for the size, but I'd put that down to being well-made. Plenty of power here for whatever kind of massage you need.

This massage gun has some nice features, it comes with 16 different heads and the percussion does put real pressure on the muscle, which is good for deep tissue relief. However, I ran into a couple of issues that were hard to overlook. The unit is quite big and bulky, making it awkward to handle and store, especially compared to other massage guns on the market. On top of that, I had trouble getting it to charge. Overall, it has potential but the size and charging problem make it difficult to recommend at this point.

I ordered the EDGSKGR 16-Head Massage Gun to help with muscle soreness after long bouts of yardwork. Its multi-head design sets it apart from more traditional single-head percussion massagers and I immediately felt like I was moving into a brave new world. The three smart modes each offer a distinct experience. The first mode/program, P1, was startlingly intense on first use; it started with a jolt and then sustained a strong, steady rhythm. The mode, P2, feels more refined, building gradually to a crescendo before tapering off in a smooth decrescendo. This phasing repeats. The mode, P3, repeatedly delivers a quick, rhythmic “rat-a-tat-tat” pulse. While the device advertises thirty intensity levels, many of the incremental speed changes feel subtle, and it can be difficult to distinguish meaningful differences between some settings. The golf-ball-sized massage heads have a unique texture, like firm foam wrapped in cloth. It felt a bit unusual at first, but I quickly adjusted to both the texture and the various modes. The battery has staying power, especially since I recharge the massager after every use. In terms of value, the price seems fair. Comparable models are available for about one-third less, while others cost about one-third more. Some competing options offer as few as four heads, while others go up to twenty-eight. Build quality is acceptable for the price point, though I believe that if something breaks, replacement rather than repair would be the only likely option. Effectiveness ultimately determines value. For me, results have been mixed. The massager works very well on my thighs, shoulders, and arms, providing satisfying percussion and relief. However, it falls short on my neck and back. I was hoping that the machine could have delivered deeper pressure for those areas.

I had had some issues with nerve buildup, and this massager has really helped them go down. It was bigger than I had originally thought, and it has a lot of power. It feels amazing, and you can really feel it when you lie on it. The battery also lasts a good while before needing to be charged. Overall, it is a quality, strong massager. I would recommend it.

This EDGSKGR 16 head percussion massager was a good choice to add to my toolbox for treating constant tight muscles due to previous injuries and surgeries. To this point I had only used the rolling type of massager. This was not comfortable to use on neck or shoulders. Due to the design and bulk it was difficult for self use on the back. It was possible but too uncomfortable. For use on the back area the massager worked very well when I held it and applied to someone else. Keep in mind this unit weighs 2.7. Pounds. It’s quite heavy to hold for someone with hand arthritis or difficulty with the arms or neck. It fits comfortably in hand due to the design. It’s obvious care was taken in the design process. The massager heads are about the size of golf balls. They have a padded cover. It was extremely effective on the feet. I am a shoe size 6 and both feet fit at the same time. It having 30 settings means you can customize the massage for different areas. Some of the adjustments in the settings are not very noticeable but it’s good to have all of the options. Charging is easy with a USB-C charging cord. It would have been nice if a case had been included. The other massager I have included a custom padded zipper case. I am keeping it in the box to protect the massage heads.

This is a broad-area massage gun and is accurately shown in the photos. It has 30 speeds and 3 modes. The speeds are so closely spaced that you can really fine tune the rhythm, but it also means there's not much difference between 1 and 10. Personally, I wish there were slower speeds. The heads are foam, and do not appear to be very durable. I'm sure there are replacements that can be purchased, but the quality is lacking. The unit has a label that says "massage" and most of the product labels are in Chinese. The unit itself works well, but has significant limitations and is not very durable. Pros: -good size for back and thigh massages -battery powered so you don't have to deal with tangled cords -a bit loud, but no more than any other massager I have ever used Cons: -not enough torque. Even a small amount of pressure against your body and the unit will lock up. If I place this unit behind me on a chair, I cannot even start to lean against it without the unit failing -the unit feels cheap in your hands. The heads are foam and likely to fall apart soon. The labels make it look like a generic massager that anyone could buy for a fraction of the price from a wholesale dealer. -speeds are too close together, there is not enough variety -there are three programs, but two of them are basically the same pattern Overall I do not recommend this unit. I could overlook most of the flaws, but not being able to put any pressure when massaging is the dealbreaker for me.
