I am so unhappy with this purchase. The a/c is advertised as 16,000 BTU yet the info on the label on the unit clearly states that it is 6.3 (6,300 BTU). Straight up false advertising. I am a partially disabled senior lady that desperately needs a high-powered portable a/c. I spent the extra money, as this unit is not cheap, because it was advertised as being able to cool 750 sq feet. That is not the case. It was all I could do to get the unit inside, out of the box and installed. Not cool. Literally. The exhaust hose is made of cheap material. The remote does not work. The a/c barely blows out cool air. Don't waste your hard-earned money. I hope I can save one person the hassle of having to deal with this. This a/c unit is junk.

The media could not be loaded. I love how compact and easy to move this portable AC is — it fits perfectly in my bedroom and living room without taking up much space. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve purchased numerous portable ACs. This is the worst one ever it’s supposed to be 16,000 BTUs, but it barely cools the room! My 10000 BTU works better than this one! There’s no difference between low or high fan. The manual does not tell you what the symbols are on the unit so you can’t even tell what is working what mode it’s on, etc. totally disappointed and returning.

Product does cool somewhat, but not that well. I got a unit that leaked water all over room even though I took measures to collect water. This collects way too much water. Cheap hose fell off. Does not stay on securely and gets way too hot. Buyer's remorse. Returning.

The media could not be loaded. This product is even better than I expected and totally worth the money. It works really well, is easy to use, and feels solid and well-made. It runs quietly and keeps me cool, especially on hot days. Since using it, I’ve felt much more comfortable at home. Delivery was fast, and everything arrived in perfect shape. Not even remotely close to 16,000 BTU!!!!!! Only draws 7 amps, which is equivalent to an 8,000 BTU A/C unit. Don't waste your money on this unit. Its advertised completely wrong and nowhere on the unit does it say what its BTU actually is, only that it draws 7 amps. It is an 8,000 BTU unit, not 16,000. You can buy an advertised 8,000 BTU unit for a little more than half the price of this lie!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Selling an 8,000 BTU unit as a 16,000 BTU unit.

June 27 2025– This is a fraud/scam. Advertised as 16,000 Btu but the label on the side of the machine says 6.3 Btu/hr w. Advertised to cool a 750sq. Ft room. I had this on for 2 hours in a 550 sq ft room. 87 degrees outside with 70% humidity. After running for 2 hours it was still 84 degrees, barely noticed a difference. My 10 year old 10,000 Btu machine I just replaced would cool the room in 30 minutes or less. It is also very loud, and the window kit is cheap plastic that doesn’t fit well in a vertical window, the hose kept falling out of the vent. I returned it on the day it arrived. For $420 you could buy a much better and more efficient AC that actually works!!!
