I purchased this item several months ago and only recently was ready to set everything up. Everything had been received as expected. This is the first time that I am doing sublimation, printing and pressing, and the set up was easy. Video instructions where provided for the printer set up as well as how to press each blank that was provided. Product came in a few different shipments and the DVD they sent with instructions was not readable which is why I am giving it 4 stars and not 5. Luckily, the product is super easy to use and the printer walks you through set up! What I love most so far is that, as a beginner, they gave me PLENTY of items to practice on! My suggestion to anyone who is learning... Start by testing all your designs in smaller portions and fill your shirts up. The package came with very clear instructions but I had made a mistake because I got so excited and wanted to get things going quickly, so I emailed them and the response was so quick and David was Very very helpful. I later on wanted to purchase more of the shirts that came with the package and I was looking and looking everywhere because his material (100% Polyester) was amazing and I couldn't find it. I then sent him an email to see if he sold them. He said yes!!!! I was so happy. Everyone wanted that material and not the other polyester ones that I had purchased from other places.     • Printer doesn't print the way it should
No matter how much I clean the nozzle heads my printer always prints splotches of ink all over paper where it's not supposed to be, I've ruined so many shirts because of it. I've tried to run it again and again and nothing. I do NOT recommend this to anyone.

This set came with everything you need to get started. The seller is very helpful and responsive. You can customize so many different things. I love the mugs. If I gave a con I would say get a larger press. This is great for a beginner.

I will stress.. WATCH THE VIDEO before doing the printer. But I dont have a CD/DVD rom to watch and tried doing it without instructions. This is very important. I had to install and uninstall the printer. DO NOT DO UPDATE. I did not see it when it came up and let it proceed. It will not let you use the ink if you do this update. The gentleman who I had to email a few times helped me very well. If you dont have the disc for your computer.. email them first! Definitely worth the hassle! ... show more
