When my sectional arrived, I was convinced they had sent me the wrong color. The base looked gray instead of the color I ordered, and I was so disappointed that I contacted customer service and was ready to start the return process. Then I realized the fabric covers were packed separately inside the couch. Once I put the covers on, it was exactly the color I had ordered! The gray I was seeing was just the base underneath. I’m so glad I didn’t return it because this has turned out to be one of the best couches I’ve ever owned. It is incredibly comfortable, well made, and looks beautiful in my living room. I spend so much time on it, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re unpacking yours and think you received the wrong color, check for the covers before you panic like I did! I’m very happy with my purchase and would absolutely buy this sectional again.

LOVE love love this couch! Came in 8 separate boxes but luckily all showed up the same day, only 4 days after I purchased it. It is HUGE and comfortable and sooo easy to put together. It was a little questionable at first because you need to fluff all of the cushions and they came pretty flat without being vacuum sealed. Over all, my favorite couch I’ve owned.

I like the size of the couch and that’s it. I wanted to return this couch ASAP, but had no way of hauling it to UPS or wherever to drop it off. If someone would come pick this up, it would be gone, but who’s going to return a huge couch with no help. Customer service did respond but offered no real solutions for return. They told me they could send different color covers. I want to return, what would different colors do for me. If you don’t want to waste your money and have to look for another couch and/or be stuck with this one, you’ve been warned. Unhappy Customer, and warning ⛔️ others. They didn’t even send the right pieces to me to keep the couch connected and sturdy. It’s already “cheaply” built. Quality = Bad Comfort = Bad

Let me start off by saying this is a decent couch. However, the seller never contacted me when I had issues with the parts. They shipped me two of the same part and I had to Jimmy rig the. To fit together. Also, the picture shows a curved arm. These couch sent had a straight arm. I gave up trying to g to contact the seller and unfortunately kept the couch because I didn’t want to send it back and possibly get charged again for shipment

Absolutely obsessed with this couch. Delivery came in two shipments, which threw me off at first when it showed as “delivered.” I reached out to the seller and had a response within the hour with updated tracking - impressive customer service. Everything arrived thoughtfully packaged, with each section including all the necessary pieces (legs, covers, pillows), making setup simple and stress-free. The real standout? Every bit of fabric is removable. With a toddler in the house, that alone makes this couch worth it—I can actually wash everything. The cushions stay perfectly in place thanks to strong Velcro (no constant adjusting), and it is unbelievably soft. Deep, wide, and made for lounging. Color came exactly as shown (I went with khaki, brave I know) One thing - this.couch.is.BIG. Measure your space first. But if you have the room, it’s 100% worth it. Love, Love

This couch is AWESOME!!!!!! The pictures don’t do it the justice of size and Quality. We got the 6 piece and had to split it up because of the size. I definitely would recommend this to anyone that furniture shopping for a nice size and comfortable sectional. Downfall is the shipping process: Each piece comes in its on Box. This made the tracking process very difficult. They did send it out sooner than the projected date which we were grateful for. But that would be our only complaint. We found ourselves going to the FedEx Facility to grab 4 of 6 because they couldn’t deliver.
