I bought this couch a little over two months ago, and it has honestly been one of the best purchases I’ve made. I have zero regrets I absolutely love it! Everyone who comes over compliments how beautiful it is. My daughter couldn’t wait to come over and lay on it, and she said it truly feels like she’s laying on a cloud. It’s incredibly comfortable. The back height is perfect and feels like a traditional couch. Unlike some other couches I looked at, the back isn’t too low, so it’s comfortable for everyone. The size is great, the material feels durable, and it’s easy to move around when needed. I also love that it converts into a sleeper, which is perfect when guests come over. Received this product and it seems decent however one of the pieces is severely damaged. You can tell inside the wrapping. It’s completely busted open so I didn’t even unwrap the final piece due to the visible damage. That part wouldn’t be a huge problem if I could get a replacement… The bigger issue is they are absolutely unreachable phone number is disconnected, the email address they provide bounces back Super unfortunate because it seems to be a decent product not sure what I will have to do with the remaining pieces now I guess dispose of the whole thing since I cannot get a hold of anyone to replace this ... show more

    • Soft but Lacks Support and Stability

I purchased 2 of these couches because the description stated it was “soft yet supportive” with memory sponge and a spring system that provides lasting support. While the couch is soft and comfortable, I do not find it supportive as advertised. The cushions sink much more than expected, and the couch does not feel firm. The biggest issue is the edge support. If you sit on the edge, it compresses significantly and you sink down very close to the floor, which makes it feel unstable and difficult to get up from. This is especially concerning for children, older adults, or anyone who needs better support when sitting. Another issue is that the modular sections tend to separate when people sit on the couch. The pieces spread apart and create gaps, so I frequently have to push them back together and realign them. This becomes frustrating during normal everyday use. If you’re looking for a very soft couch, this may work for you. However, if you’re expecting firm support, strong edge stability, and modular pieces that stay securely connected, you may be disappointed. ... show more

This is the best couch ever. So comfortable. You can individually take off the covers and wash them if they get dirty. Looks like a high end couch that I paid thousands of dollars for. Really pulled my living room together.
